A big thanks to all those (collins, ashief, etc) who helped me during my form fillup and moral boost up later on.
With god's good grace I recieved MR along with RPRF and PCC (Report from India where i completed my masters hence stayed 2 yrs) And info regarding the gap after my study before joining (3 months).
Details: applied june 5th 2014,
PER : 2nd oct 2014
MR : 24th nov 2014

One week ago my credit card has been charged by the citizenship&IMM FSW for a value of 1400 CAD. after 3 months of submission of my file for CIC OFIICE.so kindly what does this exactly reflect about my file situation from the approval and what's remaining to get final approval?

Hi Seniors,

Can anybody help me to update Spread sheet "File Returned" under my name shahkr. My file returned today reason was work exp and wrong NOC code. did silly mistake. I have applied under 2173 but reviewing their return reason It seems I should have to apply under 2174 My exp falls under both 2173 and 2174 I tried 2173 to avoid high volume on 2174. Application date was 1st June I had high chances.

If someone know more info about Jan -2015 Express Entry can advise how can I catch will try this time to be a 1st in the queue. my email id is kunalshah1985@yahoo.co.in

Any ways please help to update spreadsheet So data will help others to analyse. i tried link but couldn't update. best of luck to others who are in middle of process.

The consultants we are using tell us that they will be processing applications until mid 2015, and the new express entry will run from January 2015. But I am coming across articles that state that the current programs close 31 Dec 2014. who is correct?

As we speak, your file is being reviewed by officers at CIO. If it is fine then you will get UCI/PER/File number mail.
Now, after that your file will be sent to local visa office. Thereafter another 90 days till visa.

Only the ministerial instructions issued by CIC are accurate.

Under the following topic: Limit on the number of FSW applications to be processed it is clearly mentioned "A maximum of 25,000 new, complete FSW applications will be considered for processing under the occupation list stream for the period of May 1, 2014, until April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction. "
