Shweta, only after you get MR request by your visa office, they mention in the email to get in touch with them to inform about any recent family change (spouse or child). This is what NDVO does. A marriage certificate issued by state govt should suffice. If court marriage then the document you receive from court will be as good as a marriage certificate. Don't think you can do much till you get MR request.

I am glad to inform that I have received the MR email.
Ecas updated with 2nd line.

As I have a newborn, I have notified the visa office in case specific enquiry.

Timeline:
App. filed - 23/05/2014
VO - NDVO
CC - 10/09/2014
PER - 15/09/2014
MR/RPRF/PCC - 21/11/2014

Hi seniors !!

Still confused regarding date till which CIC will accept applications under current FSW program.

CIC has clearly mentioned on their site:
"These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015. "

Does this mean, no new applications under current program after Dec 31st, 2014 .. ?? ???

What about those applications which have been rejected, but applicants want to reapply with rectifications..? Do you think even second timers will be declined to be processed ..?

Since my cc has not yet been charged, I am just wondering how much time I have to reapply, if something goes wrong..

AWAITING- URGENT: No Reply from NDVO since November 15..??

Hi All,
My timeline is as on left. I sent a message through CSE to NDVO on 15th November, stating the updated documents related to employment have been delivered on that day and requested them to confirm the receipt of the same.

But, till now I haven't got any reply from them..!!

Should I raise a CSE again..?? OR Should I upload these documents..?? OR Any other option..??

Please guide on this....!!!

Charge does not guarantee PER mail, in less than 1 % case you get NER also.

Expect MR no less than 45-50 days from 29th Oct, i.e. around mid dec. M sailing in same boat, PER received on 28 Oct. Sorry to hear about your medical condition, if no one responds with an accurate answer on this forum you may do some research on google that as a FSW applicant a heart hole can create a problem at MR stage. Good luck!

i m a 3rd july applicant and received my PER on 29th october....when can i expect my MR and also i wanted to ask that i have a small hole in my heart.....wil that create any problem in my MR

I completed my MR on 11th Nov. The ECAS status shows medicals received. I have sent the RPRF fees and PCC today to NDVO. How will i come to know that they have received the same? Any other update on ECAS regarding the same???

Also, in your case looks like you will get your visa before your wedding (if it is scheduled to officially happen in end of next yr). You may go for an early court marriage to ensure your partner gets added to the application.
