Diplomatru please tell your view on this

As per some experience forum member there is no chance for oct applicant for noc 2171, i am just curious to know about sept 17th and 24th applicants respectively, is there any hope for us for noc 2171.

Dear Hussain573,
all our calculations were based on routine FIFO processing that has been in place since May.

1) c-check 84 days
2) cost recovery 110 days
3) AOR (PER) 120 days

Then in November CIO apparently decided to implement a new policy and started CCC with unprecedented speed for 2171 and 2173 setting aside other NOCs, even those that were received earlier. At some moment they stopped charging and went back to FIFO operations.

The big question is if this means that apps that were not charged didn't make it. I wouldn't speculate on any outcome because this time they didn't follow the pattern that we observed with 2174 and 1112. Thus, anything can happen.

Hi Guys,

Very happy to share that my CC has been charged yesterday night.

App date: Sep 3, 0113

Admin, could you please update my entry in SS. I dont have the link bookmarked :(

Some information want to share:

I did not get LOR from my last employers, hence I managed to get a LOR on plain paper from my previous managers and I attached the relieving letters hence they also left the company. In addition to that, I also attached communication letter with HR saying they are not ready to give LOR.

Thanks,
Annie
Well congratssss...so PER on its way :)

I have 2 questions:

THey need to send your docs across to Canada. He is faking or trying to act too smart.

Cost recovery has come down to 80-85 days so completeness check is around 55-60 days I believe now.

Alhumdulillah

By the Grace of Almighty Allah, I got my second line updated in Ecas today...." We started Your Processing on November 20 2014"

Sooooooooo happy...... When can I expect MR email from NDVO....

Hi,

The second line on ECAS "We started processing your application on November 18, 2014" was updated on 21 November. I am bit worried because they stared working on my application on November 18 and its almost one week now but I didn't get any MR mail. Is something wrong in that?

Hi,
With all this waiting I've been over thinking stuff. Maybe some of you have been too.
I'm trying to figure out if I will or won't have a problem.

I sent in my application with all docs which reached CIO on 5th September .

1. For one job I had given a reference letter from my ex-boss since the company doesn't give list of duties on job letter. But I forgot to send a copy of my boss's business card. Will this be a problem for me? I have included a copy of the company's old annual report showing that my ex-boss was part of the management team as his name is listed there. Will this be enough? Or should I try to send an addendum?not an issue, besides it's way too late for addendum

2. WES had originally given me a report equating my Master's degrees to a Canadian Masters , which I sent with my app.
But that report didn't include my Bachelor's degree. So I asked WES to give me a complete report including my Bachelors and Masters, which they did more than a month later. Do I need to send it as an addendum? Or will the original report be fine. Since both reports say my Canadian equivalency is a Masters Degree. ???either way you will get 23 points for masters

Or should I just wait patiently and check my bank every 10 minutes... :P if your mode of payment is DD then it is not necessary at all. They simply don't have info on cashing the cheque or it arrives with significant time lag. If you see a CCC from Sep. 5 applicant, this is approximately when your app is charged too
:-\ :-\ :-\

Dear Diplomatru and Wash An,
I appreciate your quick responses, I would definately like to give +1, but unfortunately I don't know how it works, well as per your views I have 50% chances, so should wait for CC charge/Return of my application or start preparing for Express Entry?
