Dear Rizwan,

Thank you for writing to British Council Information Centre for additional TRF.

Please be informed that if you wish to have duplicate IELTS Test Report Form (TRF), you may download the form from britishcouncil.pk/sites/britishcouncil.pk/files/ielts_application_for_the_issue_of_additional_trfs.pdf you will have to attach photocopy of your ID document along with the form and payment slip (if any) and you may courier these documents to the mailing address of the British Council.

Please be informed that if you send Additional TRF request within one month from the date of exam that will be free of cost for 5 universities/institutions. It will be sent through Registered Mail service. Otherwise Rs.500/- will be charged per TRF. You may visit Standard Chartered Bank of your choice from this hbritishcouncil.pk/sites/britishcouncil.pk/files/pakistan-exams-bc-bank-accounts.pdf for payment.

Also, Note:

If you want to send your TRF through DHL, we will require extra Rs.1000/- for each address. Otherwise, we will send it through registered mail.
In case you are unable to visit our designated branches, anyone on your behalf can make the payment and can proceed with the procedure.
You will have to attach any proof/evidence stating that you have applied for Canadian Immigration (CIC) along with application.

The Registered Mail may take up to 2-3 weeks to reach the University where as the DHL service takes 5-7 days only.

Hello,
I am from India...thanks for posting above sample.However, did u get a copy mailed back to u. Seems like the above request form is to get additional test report sent directly to any university/institute.
However I will contact BC and see what thry says. Also giving one more try tomorrow to get the package returned by Fedex itself.
Also, I need to wait till express entry to start as all eligible caps for me are filled

Hope atleast by Jan I woukd get the package returned.

Bad News Guys

Got a letter(hardcopy) from NDVO today tht my wife needs to undergo some extra medical tests...

Got a call frm Hospital too, the call dropped in between so cud not hear much...but, that guy has asked me to take my wife to same hospital where we underwent the initial tests last week...i think he was also hinting tht her x-ray has shown some signs of TB and she required to undergo some sputum tests (very strange though...she has never had TB nor she has any signs of it....rather she is healthier than me....anyways...naturally we are quite shocked !!)....I have done some r&d and found similar cases on this forum.....they might ask her to Undergo SPUTUM test for 3 consecutive days and then she might have to submit another X-Ray after minimum 3 months from the day her first x-ray was taken(i.e.,14nov)....Finally, if Sputum Test & X-Ray are fine..her medical will go thru...and if not, then she might be asked to take medication for 3-6 months :-(

So, fact is tht after cruising thru all stages till now.....Suddenly today my whole PR process is delayed by 4 to 8 months

Feeling bad for my wife, she is feeling guilty conscious and blaming herself for this delay...inspite of me telling her repeatedly to chill out...I think, In life whatever happens, happens for good and it happens for a certain reason.

I applied for NOC 2133....

My application received on 13th Nov'2014.

Currently CIC website shows 412 application received. Is it a number of application received by CIC or PER issued by CIC ?

2133 NOC is slow moving and you have great chance.. You DD or CC will be charged around 20th FEB ~ 7 March.

my spouse did medicals in U.S hospital. They have given receipt and e medical information sheet (It has name,photo,IME & medical test details)....

Only receipt needs to be sent or e Medical info sheet (given by hospital) also ???
