On last Thursday, I had received back my application.
The details of my application are as follows :
I had applied for FSW 2014 program in June.

The CIO had asked for degree marksheets along with my ECA report and as well as they had notified something about the work experience which I m not able to understand.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The following refers to your Application for Permanent Residence in Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program.
Federal skilled worker applications received on or after 27 February, 2008 are assessed according to Ministerial Instructions issued pursuant to Subsection 87.3(3) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). The most recent instructions were issued on 01 May 2014. The instructions require that applications must be complete according to the application kit requirements in place at the time the application is received at the CIO. In addition, the application must be reviewed for completeness pursuant to Regulation 10 of IRPA. Moreover, Regulation 12 of IRPA states:
"If the requirements of sections 10 and 11 are not met, the application and all documents submitted in support of the application shall be returned to the applicant."
A review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA. The application is being returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you.

There is an eligibility assessment tool on this website, as well as the most recent version of the instruction guide. The guide contains information on the new instructions and other requirements that must be met before an application can be placed into processing.
NOTE: Work Experience:
It is important you provide us documentation supplying evidence to show that within the 10 years before the date on which your application was made, you have accumulated, over a continuous period,
at least one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in the occupation you identified as your primary occupation, that is listed in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC).
Your letter of employment must clearly give evidence showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC, including all the essential duties, for that period of employment. If your letter(s) does not provide us with this information, you will not meet Regulation 10 of IRPA.

You should pay particular attention to all the forms, information, documents, evidence, signatures, proof of language proficiency, and fees required as per the instruction guide and document checklist. EDUCATION:
❑ A copy of your completed Canadian Educational Credential is required. Please refer to the Document Checklist (IMM5612) for a list of acceptable forms of Proof of Education/Training/Qualifications
❑ You did not provide us with an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA Report).
❑ The ECA report you provided is not acceptable for FSW purposes. Contact your ECA provider for more information and instruction on obtaining the correct report.
The ECA does not meet the following requirements:
❑ You did not provide us with an original Educational Credential Assessment (ECA Report).
❑ Your ECA must be issued on or after April 17, 2013.
You did not provide us with a copy of the completed foreign education credential to accompany the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA Report).
❑ Your ECA was not issued by one of the designated organizations.
The designated organizations are:
• Comparative Education Service: University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies;
• International Credential Assessment Service of Canada;
• World Education Services; and,
• Medical Council of Canada.
• Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC)
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
❑ You did not provide us with a language test from one of the designated testing organizations. Please refer to our website for acceptable organizations: hap://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp
❑ For Skilled Workers, you do not meet the minimum requirements in English or French for one or more of the four language abilities:
❑ reading, ❑ writing, ❑ speaking, or ❑ listening.
• You must meet the minimum level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for speaking and listening, and CLB 7 for reading and writing.
❑ Language test results must be taken from the most recent Language Test submitted.
❑ Your language test does not meet the following requirements:
❑ Your language test either has expired or will expire on_____________.
❑ Language test results must not be older than two years upon the date received at CIO.
❑ Original language test results must be submitted.
❑ IELTS has two options for the reading and writing tests: "General Training" and "Academic". You must take the "General Training" option.
❑ CELPIP has two tests: "CELPIP-General (CELPIP-G) and "CELPIP-Academic (CELPIP-A)." You must take the "CELPIP-G" test.
❑ TEF results must include the following components: comprehension &rite, comprehension orale, expression 6crite and expression orale.
I am looking for the valuable comments from the seniors here in order to resolve the current issues with the application.
