canol I understand that it no where written anywhere on cic websites that those apps reaching after 31 dec to cio will be placed under express entry.

but read this paragraph again, especially the last sentence (copied from this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp )

As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

the last sentence itself makes it clear that these are the last applications they are receiving under FSWP2014.......until express entry launches in Jan 2015.......means that from Jan 2015 all the apps will fall under express entry program, now again they haven't mentioned it anywhere exclusively but again this last sentence was also not there until previous month....they modified their paragraph last month and added this sentence.......so they can modify it late as well and add or delete something.

I know its not 100% sure but these things are indicating it.

As per renowned immigrant lawyer, David Cohen, Last date of current immigration procedure (FSW 2014) is 31st December 2014.

I received the below email from NDVO today, with subject,

Invitation to Participate in Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) Sessions

Dear Federal Skilled Worker applicant or Provincial Nominee,

On behalf of the Government of Canada, the Foreign Credentials Referral Office (FCRO) at Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) would like to encourage you to attend the free orientation services offered by the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP).

You, your spouse and your working age dependents become eligible to participate in CIIP when you are completing the application process for a Canadian immigration visa, usually at the stage where you have been requested to undergo your medical examinations, and security and background checks have been initiated. Please be aware that being eligible for, or actually participating in an orientation session, is not a guarantee or an indicator that your immigration application will ultimately be successful or that you will receive an immigrant visa.

The purpose of the CIIP orientation session is to help you understand how to use labour market information and how to get your credentials/qualifications assessed and recognized. You will also learn how to access local resources through Canadian partners who can help in your job search and in the settlement process. Immigrants to Canada who have participated in these sessions have described them as very important to their early labour market success.

CIIP services are offered in a number of locations in India, China, the Philippines and the United Kingdom. Services will also be available in other countries depending on demand, including Scandinavia, the Middle East and South East Asia. More information about service locations can be found at the CIIP website, www.newcomersuccess.ca where you can also register to participate in an orientation session. CIIP staff will require a copy of the correspondence you received from CIC, verifying your eligibility as a Federal Skilled Worker, or Provincial Nominee, or as a spouse or an adult dependent of the principal applicant.

The CIIP sessions are very popular and space is limited. We encourage you to register early to secure a spot in an upcoming session.

The FCRO also encourages you to visit our website, www.credentials.gc.ca where you can find additional helpful resources about working in Canada.

How does one get his residential address changed with NDVO?

I've moved houses since my application. I sent them a physical cover letter to change my address, along with my MR receipt, PCC, RPRF Demand draft courier. They haven't seem to have updated that yet.
Should I also send a CSE regarding the same? Should I also attach something along with that? I don't have any documents or IDs with my new residential address on it yet, except my new Driving License.

Kindly help! Cheers!

We can request case specific enquiry in NDVO
If You wish to report important changes regarding your application, such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in address, changes in employment, acquisition of a new educational credential, results of an approved language test.

Here is the link
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi

Hope it will work
Thanks

Thanks, I don't have any documents or IDs with the new residential address on it yet. Hence can't attach any docs in the CSE. So should I just write my old and new address and ask them to change it?
