You are right that it does not compulsoritly mean what I have mentioned but it’s just my opinion about the ambigious statement by Minister of Immigration Mr.Alexander. Let’s wait and watch that what’s up from CIC in coming days in this regard. Because words of Mr.Alexander contains a hidden message for FSWP existing applicants. Hope that my interpretation will prove false and Mr.Alexander wouldn’t have such a hidden agenda against current FSWP 2014 applicants.

No, that is not going to happen. The quote you mentioned nowhere hints at the interpretation you came up with. People have to separately apply for express entry if they want to be considered under express entry. Old applications will not be "dumped" or transferred over to express entry as a default.

It's quite clear that they closed the second application due to duplicate. Only if the two applications were under different category or under different NOCs, you'd be given a choice. In fact, you are quite lucky that they didn't reject both of your applications since CIC strongly discourages duplicate applications for same NOC.

I agree; CIC has clearly listed NOT to file 2 apps unless they are in different NOC's, so you should consider yourself extremely lucky here that they are still processing one of them.

I have a query that I have two years experience in System support engineering with two employers each with one year experience and my points are 67 applying for 2281.

1. can I show only one year experience and declared both employers on background check ?
2. Is it possible CIC ask later about my 1st employer docs? or they will reject it straight?

Ps. I don't want to show my 1st employer and don't want to contact him.

I couldn't find where is mentioned that : CIC has clearly listed NOT to file 2 apps unless they are in different NOC's... I submitted the first application but I was worried about CC payment and therefore, I sent the second complete application with a cover letter for explication. Fortunately, CIC accepted both applications and charged me 2 times and transferred to VO

As there is less space in forms and not every duty be accommodated .

SHOULD ALSO BE MENTIONED.

ATTACH JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LAST TEN YEARS.

EACH COMPANY YOU HAVE WORKED FOR SHOULD BE IN SEPARATE PAGES.

DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN EACH PAGE AND PUT DATE ALSO.
