guys I m reading that people are more afraid of express entry then worried.
it is true that those people should fear it rather then worry for it because of following reasons.
1. the application process is online in express entry, that is u no more need to download and fill any forms manually. whole app package will be available online. it can be like the CES/WES system that 1st u make an online account type thing, then u fill in the forms online and submit them with CC payment, or else opt for DD. your app will be submitted, ur online account will be created and ur status will be shown there. as soon as u start submitting docs like IELTS, ECAS....ur online status will begin to show it that which doc is received at cio on which which date. as soon as all the docs are received, ur app will be considered complete.
Note: note that cio will not demand u the payment at this stage, if u have provided CC then also it wont be deducted. the reason is in the 2nd point below. but there will be online application fees...it can be from CAD$ 100 to CAD$ 300.
2. now cio will put ur app into the pool of apps for employers to assess ur profiles. there will some sort of online system where employer will check for potential candidate and selects them. after selecting them, they will inform CIO about it. as ur app will remain in pool for next 2 years, it is illogical to demand payment from the applicant cos no one knows if the applicant is get selected or not. so if applicant submitted DD then it will be expired in next 6 months and cio wont bother to return it so it will get wasted. hence no payment is required until this process.
3. in the 3rd stage now cio will demand u to submit ur payments, as soon payment is charged, u will receive ur PER. from now onwards the procedure will be almost the same as it is in FSWP2014. u will get AOR depending on VO, MR, RPRF, PCC, PPR.
4. it is highly possible that there can be a condition that u r bound to work with that employer who selected u for atleast 2 to 3 years until u get ur Citizenship.
now the thing to fear is, even though u r fulfilling 67 points and everything....but u will be hanged for 2 years until unless some employer finds u worth for PR.....now suppose some other applicant is more qualified than u, so even though u r fulfilling everything, that applicant will be preferred over u. so in that case u will just sit and wait for some miracle to happen. u never know if u gona be selected or not. the express entry doesn't guarantee ur entrance as PR into Canada, what it does is it will reduce the timings under 4 months.
