Hello

My application is on the way and in cover letter i have mentioned two NOC like 2171 and 4011 as my wife has 2 years of exp in 2171 and 3.5 years in 4011.
I just checked 2071 reached his 1000 mark and 4011 is still there.

Will CIO consider my application for 4011 ?

umm, which NOC did your wife actually apply for? Which one is listed as the primary NOC against which your eligibility for FSW will be assessed? You CANNOT apply for two NOCs in the same application. If that's what you did then it will rejected for sure.

Quite honestly, I am seriously doubting that the express entry will begin in January. It seems like CIC doesn't even have the technology and all its partners ready for the system yet. Even if it did start in January, I don't quite understand how it will be employer-driven. Which employer would want to hire somebody without assessing the applicants by themselves? It is just too much of a burden for the employers the way their roles in EE have been described. This means very very few applicants will be selected by employers and eventually get invitation to apply. So there must also be employer-independent way to getting invitation to apply, otherwise the express entry program will fail.

if initially ur app got passed at CIO......but later on the visa office finds anything during ur background checks that they think is misinterpreted or any security issue or anyother thing then ur app may come back even after payment charged.

normally it doesn't happens until unless u have purposely/mistakenly/intentionally hide something from them or if u have questionable security clearance or furthermore....any medical condition.....even furthermore...there are people who were refused to enter into Canada and they were sent back from airport.

Thanks for your explanation. in my case my CC was charged and I am waiting for PER. How big are chances to get NER instead of Per, if the CC already has beed charged?

and, above was mentioned that someone was charged and then got his docs back? What was the reason? and did he get his money back?

I got my MR, PPR mail on 20th NOV and they asked me to send PP, RPRF, Medicals, PCC in 30 days.. Is that mean that these docs to be reached the SGVO by 20th Dec? PCC is a issue in Bangladesh/// Not sure how much time this will consume.... Any idea if I submit the PP, PCC, RPRF on 20th Dec at VFS Global will be ok ( in worst case assumption)..... ?? Already done my medicals today. Updated the SS accordingly....

Dear Piklu Bhai,

If you are in Dhaka Metropolitan Area then it will take exactly 7 days to receive a PCC. So apply as quickly as you can. And yes you have to submit all within 30 days. And congrats.

hope u won't mind my little wit.

long live pakistan
kiun k 'dil hey pakistaani'

plus 1 to ur voice :)

piaray bhai, may be you have not traveled outside of Pakistan and therefore you think that corruption is only prevailing in Pakistan which isn't correct. Belive me or not, it is far much easier to get fake degrees by paying small amount of money from most of our neighbouring countries and the funny thing is that these degrees are duly attested and verifiable from all institutions of that country. One of my colleague is an arab national and he has gotton a Masters Degree in English from one of our neighbouring countries duly attested from all recognized departments of that country and even approved by WES as equivalent to Masters degree of Canada. Funny thing is that he has never travelled to that country which conferred upon him this degree. (Name of country is not mentioned to avoid hurting sentiments of anyone on this forum).

In fact, in case of Pakistan, media has played a vital role to portray that it is the most corrupt nation, which is just discrimnatory attitude. We should embrace with fairness that corruption is widespread in this whole region where we reside and similarly courruption is a problem in several other parts of the world. We should not single out a particular nation in this matter. Even Canada is not an exception in this regard. One of the person (not of asian origin), has received "Valid Job Offer" from Canada by paying an amount equilvalent to USD10000/- to a lawyer.

Sorry to share these thoughts on this forum but since you have posted something which I feel create misunderstanding/hatred in the minds of people on this forum. Therefore I felt it necessary to clarify.

mostly the reason for getting rejected is not getting qualifying points as per CIC guidelines. Charge takes place means your documents are completed. whether they are qualified to earn 67 points depends on next step i.e. PER. I hope this clear your doubts. ;) ;) ;) ;) :D :D :D :D

Either it will fail or it will be very tough to get through.
