Hi Diplomat, Palak and other senior members in a group,

I would like to confirm about the proof of funds. Employee provident fund could be shown as proof of funds or not or if somebody in the group has received per or more who showed Employee Provident Fund as proof of funds.

Good name : Browsing Beauty
EPF is 100% admissible proof of settlement funds. Nothing to worry.

CONGRATS DEAR Surya,

All the best for your future

And I wish everyone good luck for getting PP request ;)

In birth certificate of my brother in law, his mother name is based on three words ... Ayesha Ahmed Vaano "

Actually birth certificate is in arabic. Her actual name is " Ayesha Ahmed Bano" which is mistakenly written wrongly by arab person.

Now in translation which i have to get from Court what should i request ??? in translation can i get it written Ayesha Ahmed Bano while in arabic it still may remain Ayesha Ahmed Vaano.

Please guide,

That would be misrepresentation which has dire consequences.
Rather get it correctly translated and get an affidavit done for difference in spellling.

Still a hope?

Dear Fellow Seniors,

Is there is any chance till 7th October, 2014 for 2171? Can I still keep my hope alive?

Please have your valuable opinion on this matter.

Regards,
Razesh

Unfortunately, it won't be considered. POF requires easily transferable money, and EPF can not be withdrawn until a person reaches pension age, afaik.

Diplo, EPF is fully liquid. Once a person quits a job, he can get his EPF in 30-45 days without any further conditions or questions asked. In fact a government regulation in India has made it mandatory for companies to clear gratuity and EPF dues of ex employees in 30 days time. I am sure its the same everywhere.

In case someone is moving to Canada, he / she will obviously have to resign from the current job they are doing. So EPF is fully liquid.
Many applicants have obtained PER by showing EPF as settlement funds.

website is not necessary

but its good to have since they can cross check immediately.

Diplomat but you can withdraw your provident fund once you leave the job from the current company. I have already sent the application on 10th Nov and showed EPF of about 1.5 lacs. Now any suggestion you can give how i can proceed further. AS i have attached the letter on company's letterhead stating that if employee leaves the company can withdrawn his or her EPF anytime. Please suggest if something can be done about it.

Dont worry. EPF is valid POF.

Definitely you have a big chance.

Thanks CanOl ! Your response gives me hope :(

A humble request to all August applicants for NOC 2171 that capped out yesterday,
if you happen to call/email CIC and hear back on your status , please do share those updates on the forum so that others can benefit from it.

I plan to send CIC an email asking them for a status update on my application. Any suggestions on the format of the email ?
Thanks again !

Very difficult to say. No idea on what basis the CAPs are reached. My take is that Sept applicants should be safe. Not sure though.

Thanks for the reply.

So you are saying that the name will be different but the address , dob and other details are of applicants. Correct?
Because I am confused as the heading in the RPRF fee receit is saying " payers details"

Yes...

Name will be the name on the CC. This will come automatically.
The other details you need to fill.

dear,

its their off day.

may b, its SAP/computer based data of complete apps whose CCs are charged on Saturday..

Gods be Good!

15th July Applicant, CC charged on 31st Oct, NOC 2171

It gives me immense pleasure to share with you all that I received PER today.

I was in agony as applicant with my date started getting PERs 10 days back and I started loosing hope slowly.

I doubted my app i shared my aunt's bank statement as the only residential address proof and she is an aged citizen and din't have other docs apart from this. So, i clarifies that out of all the address proofs listed on checklist 1 is enough to claim points under relative in CANADA.

Ashif, Century, CanOl, Jig Nesh, Vind and others who help me on this forum and gave me nope in my hard time and consoled me.

Request admin to update SS.

Gaurav dude,
Congrats and +1 to you !! Hope you remember my treat !! :)

Actually all EE applicants can be considered as FSW2 because they will be handpicked by employers from the jobmarket pool, hence have a job offer at the time of PR application with CIC. Your friend can apply under FSW-2014 program if he wants.

Dear Sir, what does it means that my friend can apply under FSW-2014 if he wants ?

The tricky part is not having parents names... apps are rejected on this basis as per SS.
Max_Ash: CIC dont accept SSC marksheet as proof of Birth certificate as mine does not have parent' name on it.

Diplo,
Again I tend to disagree. There are instances of applicants who got PER by just submitting the affidavit without even the 10th passing certificate.
Though I will not recommend that. Always better to send 10th passing Certificate mentioning DOB in case BC not available.
