RREPOSTING - PLEASE HELP HERE - SENIORS (DIPLOMATRU/CANOI/CENTURY/KSA to mention a few ) AND OTHER MEMBERS -

Dear Members

Further from my above msg, I just got to know that my friend's consultant told him that they are resubmitting his application for NOC 2132 (with his BC copies which he finally got made from his hometown) and requesting the Case officer to put his application in the queue based on his App First received date which is 27th Aug. Just FYI, his consultant is an ex-CIC employee and a renowned Immigration Lawyer in Toronto. Now, we have below doubts here

1. Can CIC accept such requests to put in the same queue?
2. How come his application was returned and received by the consultant even before the estimated CC charge date?
3. Do they assign Case Officer at the completeness check stage itself?
4. Is there anybody who has used a Canadian Immigration Lawyer as consultant? Please share your expereinces

PLEASE TRY AND SOLVE THESE QUERIES ASAP.
WE WOULD BE REALLY THANKFUL

have some doubts regarding visa fee...
me n my husband are applicants...as per the link provided we have to give 550 dollars per applicant ,is the additional fee of 490 dollars for both or for an individual ??? please confirm...

i m also paki so reply u in our context.

our LVO is slower as compared to NDVO.
we dont know when visa b stamped.

if u dont have financial consraints, do germany.
u can even transfer credit hous to canada later.

wrong assumption f canda study/experience. preffered but not mandatory.

Kindly i am in a confusing situation i applied for master in Germany and i got university acceptance and i got per also so should i cancel my master and wait for immigration or go forward! !!! especialy as i heared that to work in canada they required for canadian experience or study.
does master degree from Germany will be useful or go to canada and have courses there???
