Hi few pages before I have seen that 20 Aug, person DD encash on 19 Nov.

Very strange I am 18 aug , 2132 , DD mode, but no news, as our bank (SBI) will not give the real picture about DD status.

Well above info will help to understand in next 2 weeks time.

I understand they must have kept few applications in waiting .... as some applications from selected pool of thousand may get rejected at later stages... then they can process those in waiting. Be hopeful and continue your life as normal.

Ei sir! Just want to know if completeness check is done simultaneously with charging ... Or they will do the c check then line it for charging..

The last update in cic cap is on which month ?

I have been silent observer of this Forum for a long time now.
Have an urgent Query - My friend's application package was returned recently to his consultant mentioning that BC was missing. He had submitted Notarized Affidavit for the same. But seems CIC did not accept it.

NOC :2132
App Recd at CIC : 27th Aug
VO : NDVO

My friend also has been working as a Marketing Professional for past 4-5 years after he did his MBA in Marketing. Since 2132 would be capped very soon, please suggest if he is eligible to re-apply for NOC 1123 (Professional Occupations in Advertising, Marketing and PR).
Will CIC accept a 2nd application in different NOC? Will he be in the cap if his package reaches by 1st week of Dec?

Request you all to please reply urgently as he has very less time at hand

Since they do not record returned applications, he can send new application with different NOC. I dont see any problem in that.

But whether he is eligible for other NOC, he has to decide himself.... it depends on whether he matches JD to that NOC or not. Other than that he has to resolve reported BC issue.

Could you please clarify what is "may get rejected at later stages". Do you think the CIO transfers the files of more than 1000 applicants to the Visa Office to make up for those who will be rejected during application processing ?
I do not think this is the scenario, otherwise, some people will not get their out-of-cap applications back before more than 6 months from now ( when they have already processed till the end of the cap).

Or by "later stages" you mean encashing step, because this is the only step in CIO after completeness check.

I dont trust in bank information anymore. I have been just informed by ScotiaBank that my money order wasnt cashed yet, I am 31st July. This is very frustrating. On the other hand, I analysed the applications of my NOC and it doesnt seem to have any logic followed by CIC. There are app from May charged in September, others from august already charged via DD.
This is such an emotional rollercoaster brother . . . I wish I could understand the methods and logic they use to assess the applications.

Don't worry, you can send ur old passport without renew..
I have same case and got per .
My passport had 80days expiry when sent to cic

This would be difficult to say CIC cap update was till which date or month. This is we people, are just interpreting on the basis of responses we are getting.

I understand that you want to satisfy yourself and curious to know what exactly state is your application. Get relax, you have done your part. Hope for best.

Completeness Check, is the check for all the forms, signatures, documents, fees.
Fees encashment.

Later stages include:
Verification of education report (i.e WES) .... online check
Verification of IELTS report .... online check
Job description match in applied NOC
Calculation of Points 67
Representative check (whether he is in the eligible list or not)
PER email sent.

Can any expert explain me about MR RPRF process? How should we send MR and RPRF? What should we include in it? If medical centre gonna send Medical online then do we need to send hardcopy? In RPRF draft (INR26700), what shall be the name of beneficiary name? Please provide me full document checklist to be send Canada high commission with the address to be sent.

Just send the MR's done reciept given by Medical center, and RPRF receipt or DD to NDVO newdelhi office. Address will be in the email u received.. U can use bluedare or DHL for courier, they deliver in 1 day. Quote the file # in the mail.

If paying online use RPRF reciept after filling the details in the receipt you will receive in your email after paying the fees.

Send the passport copies (1 and last page), MR receipt, RPRF receipt or DD and the document which NDVO has send you requesting for MR and RPRF.

Its good that you have already sent email to CIO, inquiring about status and keep on checking your junk folder. Get relax, hope you will receive good news.

PS: Remember it will take 45 to 60 days to get the response back to your email.

But, are not these stages the "processing stages" ? I mean that I am just within the 1000 cap of 2173, right ? based on their application guide:
