I checked ECAS this morning and it is showing "In Process" - We received your application for Permanent Residence on 30th July, 2014. I can recall my application was delivered on the 29th, nevertheless, I am now at ease that something is happening with my application. I am a DD applicant NOC 1212.

Hope this yield good results, moreso, PER email comes soon.

NO need to worry..even I did not get MR request I am 6th june applicant. And one doubt what is the possibility or chances of rejection after getting MR ?

Anyone who sent an additional document following a submitted application?

I missed complying to the reqmt of submitting the orig ECA report and instead sent a copy. I submitted the original ECA after.

Not sure how CIC will handle it. My application was received on Oct 1. ,(no cc charges yet) I have sent the original ECA already.

i) CC will be charged between 90~104 days after the application Receipt.
ii) Copy of ECA is self attested/notarized which is considered as original.
iii) Have you mentioned your details on envelop like your passport number/ First Last Name/ DHL# of original Application.
iv) ECA reference number must be crossed verified by CIC.

I guess CIC will accept photocopy and ask for original at later stage. This will not have negative impact on acceptance.

This could go either ways - there have been cases where the docs were attached to original application, and there were cases, when it wasn't.
Lets hope for the best!

Hopefully, you have done the following -
1. Send email to CIC with the details on both the application - First/Last Name, NOC code, PP number, Courier Name/Tracking details, Date of receipt of both the original app and the addendum, App received by whom.

Mark the email as 'URGENT'.

Email should be sent to 'CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca'(ignore spaces in the email address)

Hey buddy,

Even I am 09th June applicant and eagerly waiting for MR.

So many negative thoughts comes to mind, but it's all helpless.

MR will come only when NDVO sends.

Fingers crossed, keep praying and try to divert your mind as much as possible.

And ofcourse Be positive.

Hi all...
connecting after long time as I am on holidays....
haven't heard anything about my MR request, although have got PER on 11th August... seems Rome VO is very slow...
Anybody from Rome VO got anything(AOR,MR)??

Also I wanted to know can I get done my MR before I get the request for it?? As I am in India right now.. I think it would be easier and hassle free here than in Italy. If somebody can provide some info on this??

There are cases(check the spreadsheet) when the app was returned for lack of original ECA(even though copy was sent with the app).
So CIC takes ECA pretty seriously..

Dear Seniors,
I have few queries. Please help to answer. My CC got charged on 18th Nov and File was received on 18th Aus.

1. Can any one attached the screenshot of Email ID from which PER are sent ? So that i can add that email in my Gmail contact so that mail directly comes to Inbox instead of spam.
2. Is that true that if Application is NER then CIC would not charge the CC ? I guess probability of NER is very less if CC got charged ?

2. Yes the chances are very less. After chargimg application is only rejected if applicant is not able to score 67 points basis the documents submitted

I remember people who had to wait for years before they got their meds from visa offices. Current FSW program is extremely fast and easy compared to early 2000's. So be patient, guys.
