Hi seniors,

I need to ask that , what are the qualifcation documents/educational certificates need to be send to CIC ? I mean , we have to send the original ECA Evaluation report as well as the educational documents, right ? So in this case, do we need to send our High school certificates along with the bachelors level or what ?

Send copies of all your educational documents (Marks sheet, degree certificates etc) including 10th and 12th.

It's been almost 4 months since the app arrived to CIO, and about 6 months from the moment I started preparing documents for submission! And a few details:

1) Used outdated May, 2014 forms
2) Blue ink signatures
3) Very basic description of job duties for primary NOC (two lines maybe)
4) No cover letter
5) Used notarized color copies + copies of translations and affidavits (original documents were in Russian)
6) Submitted expired PCCs
7) Provided a LOT of non-required documents (tax returns, property evaluation, language certificates other than IELTS)

Most importantly at the time of submission I lived in Russia, and when I moved to Canada I sent an addendum requesting address change (for CPC-O processing). The addendum was matched and CAS shows amended address. Used UCI from previous applications to access CAS. It let me in the very same day I received AOR (PER).

i really need help....i havent got reply after applying for temporary resident visa....its been a month...a friend of mine got asked to sent passprt after a week he applied...please help me...

I get neither Medical request mail nor RPRF/PCC request mail from CPC-O.
(Since I already sent Meds/ PCC / RPRF to CPC-O before they request me)

But my ECAS updated
1) We received app..
2) We started Processing
3) Medicals received.

Waiting for PPR...

Hi All,

My sister recently landed in Canada to become PR and came back to India after completing PR formalities, to finish studies in India. Can I get 5 Adaptability points because she is a PR now. Or because she is not presently living in Canada, I will not be eligible to get Adaptability points. As per CIC, I saw the following requirements for adaptability points from which 2 and 3 are met. 1 looks confusing to me. Please clarify. Thanks a lot in advance for help.

1. living in Canada
2. 18 years or older and
3. a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

They ask for other documents to prove residence.. Utility bills, Lease agreement, bank-CC statement etc.

Have you done MR for your current visa?

Recently somebody for Brazil wasn't asked for her MR because she had done them for her Work Permit back in April-2014 (within 12 months).

She got PPR direct. Maybe you will have the same luck and receive a fast PR

Yes, I complied with MR this year to get SP and eMedical results are valid for one year. But just wanted to double-check with another Ottawa applicant. I am not sure I will get 2nd line (we started processing) before Christmas anyway, but who knows
