My Linked In account has been visited by anonymous visitor 2 days back. Is it by NDVO officials, as part of BG check or by someone else? I have not mentioned all the details of my job in my Linked In account. Any thought guys???

I am sailing in the same boat as you. :)
I want to assume that they will want to verify the paperwork we sent rather than LinkedIn which is self appraisal

How do u say Congrats in Russian :D. Happy for u mate, uve been helpful here.
Also just so u knw I just got charged now NOC 2132, Sept 4th Applicant

"Pozdravliayu"

Thanks. Most importantly it displays new address that I asked to be amended in the addendum after moving to Canada, which is very important so that the app is eventually routed to CPC-O and not the slow Warsaw VO. It is another acknowledgement besides CSU email that addendum worked ad charm.

Hi All,

In a bit of dilemma. I have a very dear cousin of mine who needs some guidance from you elite people. His wife is the principal applicant and he has got the file all ready to send to CIC under the University professor category. His wife earlier in the year sat for IELTS academic test and got an overall of 7, with 6+ individual bands. She gave the General test twice, but couldn't score above 5.5 in the written part. She has re-applied for the test and got the date of 10th Jan '15. My question is, can the file be sent on the basis of the Academic IELTS score (if acceptable at all) and on a later stage the general result can be furnished to the authorities? I know it's tricky, as CIC only accepts the General IELTS result... Don't know really what to advise him......any suggestions?

Would highly appreciate any piece of advice from you people.....

Cheers.....and all the best.... :) :)

CC CHARGED NOW

DANCING SHOKI NOW :D :D :D

NOC: 2132
FILLED: SEPT 4TH
CC CHARGED BANK: GTBANK

Just to advise others in same category, I called CIC 3 times and wasted my calling card, but I persisted and mailed them POLITELY last week with all my details, complaining that it been over 10 weeks and I am left in the dark
And here i am now.
Thanks to Diplomatru, KSA050, and other senoirs. You guys have been helpful.

It is an automated emails, so I guess not. Add their email to your contact list in gmail or whatever to ensure that it goes to your mailbox.

Dude!

CIC accepts only General IELTS with minimum 6.0 in each module.

Cheers!

Buddy i have been checking spam mails on daily basis, but i still assume that there are chances that cic employee has manually inputed wrong id onto system

Congrats. :)
However, i would request members not to send same queries more than once. It would increase CIC reponse time and in turn, would backfire all of us.
