Dear Suhits

Already +1 to you taking pain to explain this. My worry is still there, that is between the two stages of "UCI email" and NDVO message of "Started Processing", can we still get NER. I mean there are chances of application getting rejected, so which category would it fall. Is it not called NER.

I have never come across that NDVO rejects someone for background checks, but yes there is a possibility and I am not sure what is the official term for it. good thing to search on previous year apps..

Congratulations and Good Luck for furhter process..

& +1 for the update .

the duties mentioned on HRSDC are a combination of tasks that Mechanical Engineers do in different roles. You cant do maintenance duties along with project management, design engineer duties etc at the same time. The duties are specific to role of engineer at his workplace. But there are some duties which are common for every mechanical engineer which include the vendor selection and procurement tenders verification/technical scrutiny, development of standards and supervision of technical staff. You cant be at the same time a practicing design engineer, maintenance engineer, HVAC engineer, project manager or analyst. The common things should match plus one of the roles I mentioned.

The same thing is wondering in my mind when people are asking me to match 80 % of job responsibilities with the requirement of NOC 2132.

I have mentioned the duties of a Project Management where I worked for 3.5 years than I have been assigned the responsibilities of marketing team where I am currently working from last 9 months..

So when people mention 80 % match, does that % belong to the specific role of a Mechanical Engineer (i.e. Mechanical Engineer Projects in my case) or it belongs to the NOC description. (i.e. Mechanical Engineer)????

Did you try checking the ECAS with her first name as the family name??

I don't think we can see the application status of dependents through ECAS . I tried to check ECAS for myself (Primary applicant) and it is in "In process" but when i tried to use ECAS for checking my kids and wife it is redirecting to error page...

Yes i did but result not found

100% / Ofcourse with NOC only, not with the designation/title

I had to undergo the entire procedure mentioned above. All the reports were normal. Post which I got my student visa. However, want to keep you informed that they will not let it go. Once you enter Canada, within a months time they will ask you to do the same thing again in their country under the vigilance of their doctors.

Best remedy, which I followed and even the doctors in Canada were surprised to see the patch was almost to an end.

I am not an alcoholic but the remedy for this one is one shot of Doctor Brandy before you are off to sleep. Let the brandy work for the entire night and this is prescribed by some of the best physicians in India. One shot means a good one mouth full of brand, do not think of a patyala pek. Also it needs to be done for the entire month or more to get results.

What if you had TB and now healed from it over three years ago. Will NDVO still have a problem with it and will they reject medicals ? Please help me find an answer to this. Thanks

Don't totally rely on DD status given by bank. Like in my case my bank(SBI bank) kept on showing my DD as outstanding but i got PER mail nd from dat mail i got to know my DD was charged a month ago. Although sum banks do give correct status. Just sharing my experience :)

Exactly same in our case too !!

Seniors ... I see that NDVO applicant taking DD for RPRF amount. Why do we need to go that rout especially since the MR email provides a link to pay this amount online ?

Also if we pay this amount online. when do we pay.. before submitting the documents or at the time of submitting the MR/PCC/additional doc requested?
