Hey Guys, I sent a mail to NDVO for verifying whether my PCC and RPRF has been received at your office.

Below is the reply:-

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Please be advised that the RPRF and PCCs are received at our office. The file is pending final review. At present no action is required on your part. Once the review is complete, our office will contact you with further instructions.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Keep your hope up. Please don't give up. Wish you all the best and +1 for luck

No. Stop misguiding people please.

This section refers only to translated docs. In this case an applicant provides affidavit + CERTIFIED TRUE COPY.

Plain copy is totally ok for anything else that is not TRF, ECA, PCC if the original is in English, French. End of story.

I agree that there is nothing mentioned in guide as mandatory...

But my personal advise send the documents with true copy, i have send all my docs with true copy...yet it is not mandatory as many people have send simple photocopies, but in my advise send it with true copy...

Thanks....

Hello everyone,

I've been a silent reader of the forum since a v long time. Finally breaking my silence with a query..

how does CIC transfer our files to Local visa offices ??
Is it transferred in electronic form ??
Or do they ship the physical file to Local visa offices ??

Depends on the VO. Most are GCMS enabled which presupposes electronic file transfer.

i applied for fsw 2014 and cc got charged october 2014

right Now i received an email from london office stating the explaination why i did not acknowledge the refusal of my previous application.

my application was sent back earlier in 2008 because of change in policies AFTER 27 February 2008. My application reached london vo in march 2008. Due to this my application was returned back.

Please advise what has to be done now 30 days time limit ..

that is why I always ask people to check the things by themselves rather than asking on the forum.... forum can only suggest possible ways... there are multiple interpretations of requirements.... to me its safer to get all the copies notarized even if not required because it only adds a sense of originality to the copies ... when you are doing all the hard work why leave a confusion.... thats my point ... nothing to get misguided...

I agree captain....

So I had got my medicals done last week wherein there was a slight chest infection (cough patch) detected in my Chest X-ray. They uploaded my results and NDVO got back to me today and has asked me to do further additional tests to rule out TB.

I have to go 3 consecutive days to the DMP and give my spit samples, which will be incubated for 6-8 weeks.

After that I will have to get a repeat Chest X-ray done 3 months from today (February 2015)

All these results will be reviewed by a pulmonologist or respiratory physician in February 2015 to rule out TB.

So, in short, my PPR is delayed atleast until February 2015 :( :( :(

Anyone else here who has faced the same issue???

hi buddy
i had the same issue came out at the time of my medical for my work permit
and i had to undergone sputum test at apollo hospital for 3 consecutive days, but no need to worry if you don't have any symptoms of Tuberculosis then ur sputum test will be negative only
so NO NEED TO WORRY AND RELAX :) :)
