You can't trust Call-Center operators.

The e-mail he's talking about is PER, and the most recent PER is from the end of July if I'm not mistaken.

You will have to stay calm and wait a few more days for your CC charge or PER.

OK great, so the PER is the "first" email you get right? That is what I thought and I asked him about that and he told me NO, you're supposed to get an email after you submit the application. Thanks idefix!

Ohh, does that mean they charge cc even if cap has reached? And then send an ner!

thats very weird, it doesnt sound right at all to charge the credit card just to find out later i'm ner or that the cap has been filled before my application was received.

it will take 2 to 16 weeks
They will credit it back for sure.

Thank you, crediting it back sounds more reasonable.

Well usually it does not happen.after cap cc is not charged for that cap.
I thot i was considered as i am working here.
The rejection reason was only cap in my letter.

I'll be happy to meet you there, cheers. :P

Diplomatru, little private question. Where are you from, what is your mother tonque. Why I feel that we are common nations?

The answer is actually embedded in my nickname. ru stands for Russia, which is quiet franky not the best place on Earth for a person of liberal beliefs such as myself ::)

Yeah from what I had read most people didnt even get charged as their caps were already filled. As long as I get my money back it shouldnt be a problem.

Please update the SS as well. This will help others who check the Spreadsheet for reference.

Thank you! SS has been updated.

To avoid anxiety issues I honestly didnt even check the caps after late may, until then it said only 100 had been filled but probably a lot more than that had.
