I have a question. If someone who has applied in category of General Physician (3112)

My friend wants to apply in the same category and has earned bachelors of medicine and is practising since 6 years. She has just started her process -

Does she need evaluation from Medical Council of Canada only or does she need evaluation from WES as well as MCC - because it is mentioned on MCC website that they will prepare ECA for medical degree only. Moreover, can she do from WES and not MCC because MCC takes around 105 days while WES is preparing it in 20-25 days.

Is there a method to make it faster/quicker to prepare ECA. She has her IELTS on 6 December so she wants to apply before December 31 to be on safe side of any new announcement regarding express entry?

Yes. I am one of the unlucky applicants whose app was returned by CIC because of an oversight by them.

They, however, accepted their mistake and asked me to resend my application which I did. Yesterday, everything got sorted and my CC got charged followed by the PER mail.

Just to remind you of my application. My app was received dated 23 June and my payment mode was DD. Till date I have not received any PER/NER.

I just called the CIC number today and found out a 8 digit Client ID, with which I am unable to track the application. The agent over the phone told me that there are notes in your file that it has been returned on 3 Oct 2014. I asked if there is any specific reason mentioned on the file, but she said that the file which is sent contains a detailed explaination letter.

Request if you or any other senior member to advice the next steps and clarify below points

1) By when can I expect the file to reach New Delhi? It was returned from Canada on 3 Oct 2014.
2) My NOC is 0111 and the status on this is 238 Apps. Can I take a chance before Dec 2014?

Hello Prashant or any other applicant,

You should immediately contact ur area's postman if ur application is returned by the CIC. I was 25th Aug applicant, got my file back on 8th Nov, 2013, CIC dispatched date was 29th Oct, 2014. I did the same as i am telling you. It helped me a lot, may be helpful for u also.

It is totaly fine to reapply at this stage bcoz NOC-0111 does not seem to achieve 1000 mark till dec.

dear seniors ASHIFEE, CENTURY, SHAH...

A recent POST on 'UPDATED FORMS' is making some trouble in my stomach :-\ due to following i did;

1. old cheklist form. [03-2014 version]
2. old FEE form [06-2014 version]
3. old scehdul 3, econo class[08-2013 version]

in my own understanding, it will NOT AFFECT my case since all such changes are for [age of adult dependants], '22 years and above' is REPLACED with '19 years and above'..


AFTER discussion with a friend who got PER in SEP,14....i m doubtful as last year, cases were returned due to it.. 'CIC clerk badshah' may FIX me for it..


my questions..

a- should i adopt 'wait and see' OR send 'new required forms'

b- Do CIO guys accept such addendums, when app is not reviewed. [my app recieved 14/11/14] and my IELTS was expiring on 17/11/14.

Seniors please guide me. I am trying to contact the CIC by phone. But after dialing the desired number i am being guided to sponsorship handling team.

Plss plss plss help me. I 21st July DD applicant and heard nothing about my file. Also i have applied through a consultant who is showing no interest in my application.

How can i get my UCI no plsss support....

Hello team, I am so grateful to this forum and the members and all contributors within and also happy to announce that i received my PER yesterday evening but didn't check my mail until 5:00am today Nigerian time.

Application received 7th July
Addendum for original of my WES sent and received 9th of september
I forgot to include document checklist
Original affidavit for birth certificate did not contain parents name so I sent another which was included in the addendum received on 9th September
DD encashed as per PER email on the 23rd of October
PER received on the 18th November

praise God and I wish all of us luck in the journey ahead.

PER received: 09th Oct
MR and RPRF request: Today, the 19th of Nov

NOC category: 1112

I have a doubt. My Online status isnt updated yet. Only the first line is updated. Did it happen for anyone else? How much time does it usually take to get updated?


Also, Seniors, can you please update my status in the spreadsheet.

I just got my CC charged. I need some insight from experts on what are the probability of PER? What kind of verification are done before CC charge and after CC charge? Any info will be helpful to curb anxiety .
