Hi All,

I heard from someone that it will be problem/difficult to get PR or visa for them, who never traveled abroad or first time applying. Means there passport is fresh no visa stamp of any country on it.

Is it true ?

Dear Experts,
I have received request from VO to re-fill the personal history table from age of 18.
I am 33 years old and previously sent information from age 23, considering last 10 years.
There are some idle months between my HSC completion and university admission. how will i mention it in the form?

Need urgent advice.
Thank you.

Just mention that this is the 'idle transitional period' between High School and College. If its a few months, which is 3-4 months ideally in India, then you should be fine.

Hi All,

Can somebody tell me if I can apply under 0111 Financial Managers NOC if I am currently an Assistant Manager and not a Manager by designation?

Please Please Please help.......

I heard or read some where that separate UCI is generated for each family member in the app. I have my old UCI from study and work permit. My wife is the principal applicant so my old UCI will be used and can I use the same to check the status online?

Dear Forum friends,

I have applied NOC 0111. But my experience match only with previous company. What is the procedure to chk back ground verification by CIC? Because my ex employer never provide the original info about me because at the time of job left there were lot of argument with him and crash the relation forever.

So is there any chance for me to get positive by CIC?

Regards,

Somnath

It should be fine as well. Prepare a cover letter explaining the reason and if possible, although not mandatory at all, provide a copy of the college admission ID or something that reflects the start date/month.

I had a gap between my first employment and the college pass-out date as I was undergoing IT Training. I only mentioned as such in the background declaration form and did not provide any documentary evidence of the Training duration. Although, its too soon to conclude anything as Background check still remains post my PER.
