Kindly be informed that i have 2 applications 1st one 2173 on 21st July 2014, payment DD..and second one 2171.on 25th July 2014 payment CC...i tried uci it said my app received by 25th which means second app so does that mean my 1st is rejected.

Please advise

Hei Vind....i have already did wot u said....already rechecked my docs....already mailed cic.....calculated points again.....feeling helpless as its already been 26 days since cc charged.....m afraid if their might be any complexities....

I hope you have done correct point calculation. If you are sure about your qualifying points then you need not to worry and wait for some more time.... which you are already doing ...... but more patiently now.

Have faith.....in yourself and god.... you'll have good news very soon.

Unless you've applied for a canadian visa in the past, in which case you will find a UCI in those records, a UCI number is sent to you in the PER email.

I haven't received my PER yet....shall I give them a call to ask for the status?? How much time it normally takes to get the PER?? My cc charged on 1st Nov...

I am confused abt PCC (Gujarat).

How should I apply for PCC for me and spouse.

Somebody is saying to apply through local town police station which will be issued within week.

Some one told that first get PCC from town police station and then apply to PSK.

How should I apply ...pl help me to understand. ??? ??? :-\ :-\

Answer 3 questions
1. What is your current address (city) ?
2. What is the address (city) your passport is issued from ?
3. from which city will you be applying ?

If all 3 answers are the same city, then PCC will be issued same day from PSK, else may take around 1 month at the maximum.

Nope buddy this does not ensure that ur first application has been rejected.....

But this does mean atleast they have started ur 2171 file ....
