Unless you've applied for a canadian visa in the past, in which case you will find a UCI in those records, a UCI number is sent to you in the PER email.

Hello all...

I am a 17th July applicant....but have not received my PER yet ..
Is it a reason to worry?? Also, from where I can get the UCI number??
Please advise what to do...I m really worried...

Hi Experts

I received MR and RPRF mail Nov 8 from NDVO. Need your help to understand how to go or next steps

1) Done with my Medical check up and been informed that report will sent to NDVO by medical centre. However, Dr left " Immigration Medical Examination Grading" section on the form blank saying report will be sent to NDVO. Is this ok?

2) Should i need to wait for any further information about Medical Check up Results (if we get any from NDVO) or I can right away pay the RPRF fee ?

3) After paying fee I have to send IMM1017E - Medical form alongwith the RPRF payment receipt.

4) Any options to know Medical results before paying the RPRF fee

Please guide.

Samaira There are couple of things that can be considered

You should check your spam folder also, may be you missed your PER mail.

It is also possibe that you have not been issued PER yet. In that case you can write to cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to inquire about your application, they'll reply in 45 days time. Check your application copy to find any shortcomings and point calculation also, so as to take any early action if required.

You should not loose heart as CIO work on multiple dates applications simantaniously, some applications take unusual time due to its complexities and/or approvals of senior officers etc.

So stay positive ... and pray hard.

Good luck
Hei Vind....i have already did wot u said....already rechecked my docs....already mailed cic.....calculated points again.....feeling helpless as its already been 26 days since cc charged.....m afraid if their might be any complexities....

If your intention is to make sure everyting is fine, before paying RPRF fee. Note that RPRF fee is refundable, if you do not land in Canada.
So go ahead and pay ur fee.

With God's Grace, PER Received Yesterday....
Thank you to all the forum mates..

My timeline and background of my application.

I have shown 3.2 years of employment experience and 1.1 year of self employed experience. The reference letters from the employer doesn't include the salary nor I have provided any salary slips / appointment letters. After this I recognize it and sent the additional salary certificates which was received on 2-Oct. I do not know whether CIC has attached it to my main application or not. For the self employed experience I have provided the 3rd party reference letters, payment slips, shop establishment certificate from government, professional tax slips, rent agreement, office snaps.

Application Date: 21-July
Got reply from CIC: 3-Nov (Reply of my application status: "We received your application, Notification will be sent in due course.")
Call to CIC to know the UCI No: 7-Nov (Luckily I got the UCI No from customer call center)
ECAS Status update on: 14-Nov
PER Received: 17-Nov

Thanks to all...

Congrats and +1 to you !!

Diplo,
Do we need to send generic form also as it has contact details and email info ? and is soft copy of cancellation of representative form sufficient by way of CSE ? Or hard copy also needs to be sent to NDVO ?
Asking a question for a change...

CanOl,

No need either to send hard copy or attach generic form, CanOl.
