officially the FSW 2014 program is supposed to close by 31 dec 2014 but there are rumors of it getting extended till april 30th 2015 which I suppose is not true as yet. try to send the application by 20th dec ... complete your documents as soon as possible and if you couldnt make it in fsw 2014, you can apply in express entry 2015. there are not much details about application procedures of EE 2015 but it has been confirmed that EE will be based on Pool system in which your application will be treated as an Expression of interest and will be put in a pool of applications visible to Canadian employers, provinces and territory governments etc who can pick you up if they find your profile matching their requirement.

Dear forumates

i just received AOR from Bucharest office , but they are requesting updates form (IMM 5669) ,passport copies and military card (for my husband); is that normal? and for the IMM 5669 (they are asking for details since the age of 18, whereas on the form itself, it's mentionned, either 18 or last 10 years whatever is most recent)

one more thing, i still have my family name misspelled in their records (on PER ,ECAS and now AOR), should i inform now, or once i send the requested documents?? (i have 60 days to send them ).

Just send the docs ASAP....Also for the naming, write a cover letter ans send this with those additional docs....

Do we need to send generic form also as it has contact details and email info ? and is soft copy of cancellation of representative form sufficient by way of CSE ? Or hard copy also needs to be sent to NDVO ?

Samaira There are couple of things that can be considered

You should check your spam folder also, may be you missed your PER mail.

It is also possibe that you have not been issued PER yet. In that case you can write to cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to inquire about your application, they'll reply in 45 days time. Check your application copy to find any shortcomings and point calculation also, so as to take any early action if required.

You should not loose heart as CIO work on multiple dates applications simantaniously, some applications take unusual time due to its complexities and/or approvals of senior officers etc.

So stay positive ... and pray hard.
