Hi Seniors,

I got the Personal bank statement of my Canadian Uncle ( Adaptability factor for Proof of Residence ). It shows his address , date and his name.
But the only thing which is confusing me is the fact that, the name of my uncle on the passport is quite long one whereas the name on his personal bank statement is short, which contains only his surname and the given name (half). Which means

For example , On his passport ,the name sequence is written in the manner :

Surname: Malik
Given name: Ali nawaz Haider

On the personal bank statement , it is written only:

Name: Ali Malik

1) Now my question is that , is it fine/normal ? Or do I need to specify something on the cover letter or declaration for this purpose, stating that , his full name is not mentioned on his personal bank statement ?

2) Secondly, As I was going through the checklist , it was mentioned that you may submit Utility bills, lease agreements etc for the Proof of residence whereas this is the only proof I am able to get from my uncle which is a personal bank statement ( He is not willing to disclose any other thing like utility bills, credit cards, bank statement etc ). IS THIS SUFFICIENT ?

Please help...

Not an authority on this issue, but I guess address proof should be ok.
Hope you have also collected PR / Citizenship card / Proof of landing and relationship proof.

Dear friends,

Recently I have seen a large number of applicants getting email from WES on behalf of CIC that they cannot view their report online.

I went through the same problem and I was guided well by my fellow forum friends.

All you have to do is :

Don't use the fax method.

Don't worry about the money. It takes around 85 dollars.

Please please please pay by credit card.

Once you pay and when the confirmation comes that one copy has been sent to you and second has been sent to CIC, at that time itself the CIC will be able to see your file electronically.

Therefore there isn't any need to worry. After you do this procedure PER usually comes in 2 weeks with 100 percent success as put by our dear member Century.

So guys please don't worry and do as instructed by WES.

Good luck

While navigating through the page of WES i got following:(still not submitted btw)

==================================================
Shipping Options
All reports are sent by regular postal mail unless another option is specified. We strongly encourage applicants to request international courier service for the delivery of reports to destinations outside of Canada, as this is the only method that will ensure prompt delivery.

Duplicate ECA Report To Be Sent To You To Submit To CIC

Please check all options that apply:

Report This first report is $45.
Delivery Options:
Standard Track your order
Standard Mail via Canada Post (CDN. $0) International Courier (CDN. $85)
*Note: Choose U.S/Intl Registered Mail for a PO Box address. International Express Courier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada - FSWP

Electronic Access Fee $30.
WES will make your ECA report electronically viewable by CIC. Additionally, the printed ECA report will be sent to you to submit to CIC.

===========================================

It basically says, that report will be sent to you by post or fast courier(if clicked) so that after getting this report by post/courier i can then submit it to CIC.

In addition to that, report can be seen by CIC electronically.

So my question is , Do i need to send the report back to CIC once i get the report from WES or simply CIC which check it online/electronically and proceed further?????????

Friends..

Does NDVO update 4th line in ECAS (or send an email notification) when RPRF is received ?

It's been a week that my DD for RPRF had reached NDVO. Or will I be getting next update only at the time of PPR ?

No PPR issued today :(

hello friends
please tell me that after getting PR if one wants to study further in Canada, do they require to give IELTS ?
