Have you already received MR before this mail ?

I think you can share the mails exchanged between you and your spouse for justifying point no.3 or if you have any other record of the communication between 2 of you (before marriage), then it would help.

Thank you to all the forum mates..

My timeline and background of my application.

I have shown 3.2 years of employment experience and 1.1 year of self employed experience. The reference letters from the employer doesn't include the salary nor I have provided any salary slips / appointment letters. After this I recognize it and sent the additional salary certificates which was received on 2-Oct. I do not know whether CIC has attached it to my main application or not. For the self employed experience I have provided the 3rd party reference letters, payment slips, shop establishment certificate from government, professional tax slips, rent agreement, office snaps.

Application Date: 21-July
Got reply from CIC: 3-Nov (Reply of my application status: "We received your application, Notification will be sent in due course.")
Call to CIC to know the UCI No: 7-Nov (Luckily I got the UCI No from customer call center)
ECAS Status update on: 14-Nov
PER Received: 17-Nov

Hi,

This is always asked for common-law partners and sometimes asked for marriage happened right before or even after application. This is to convince them your relations are genuine.

To prove your cohabitation (apart from evidence of long-term communication history) you may provide some of the following:
- photocopies of envelopes/letters/checks/bills addressed to your common residence and having both your names displayed; this might be regular bank account statements or other stuff sent to you residential address to you and your spouse/partner;
- utility bills showing your names and common address, if applicable;
- an affidavit/letter from your neighbors confirming your cohabitation, along with their contact details so that an immigration officer could verify this fact later on if needed;
- address stamps/records in your passports or other documents;
- police or other official certificate with your names and common address, if applicable;
- other documents or cards (e.g. library cards, ID's, passes, whatever) with common address;

yes I think mayb that's y because I recently got married on 8Th march 2014 and filed my application on 15th may 2014

I am going to send my application tomorrow hopefully as everything is complete. Just a couple of questions before I send it:

1. I have attached additional sheets where space given on forms wasn't enough. Do I have to sign those sheets? As per CIC instructions, applicant just has to put his/her name, form title and question no. addressed.

2. There are a couple of things in my supporting documents which I wanted to elaborate on, therefore, I shall attach some explanatory notes. Do I write them as a letter to CIC, address someone particularly and sign it OR just give write the statement.

It varies from countries. In Brazil the fees are about U$150,00 / person

I am confused abt PCC (Gujarat).

How should I apply for PCC for me and spouse.

Somebody is saying to apply through local town police station which will be issued within week.

Some one told that first get PCC from town police station and then apply to PSK.

How should I apply ...pl help me to understand. ??? ??? :-\ :-\
