My timeline and background of my application.

I have shown 3.2 years of employment experience and 1.1 year of self employed experience. The reference letters from the employer doesn't include the salary nor I have provided any salary slips / appointment letters. After this I recognize it and sent the additional salary certificates which was received on 2-Oct. I do not know whether CIC has attached it to my main application or not. For the self employed experience I have provided the 3rd party reference letters, payment slips, shop establishment certificate from government, professional tax slips, rent agreement, office snaps.

Application Date: 21-July
Got reply from CIC: 3-Nov (Reply of my application status: "We received your application, Notification will be sent in due course.")
Call to CIC to know the UCI No: 7-Nov (Luckily I got the UCI No from customer call center)
ECAS Status update on: 14-Nov
PER Received: 17-Nov

Can some one guide that it is the NDVO who give us the doctor for MR or we can choose ourselves from the list from the website of CIC?

Can medical be get it done even before the NDVO request?

Hi,

When does the CC card get charged? after all documents and employment is verified? can someone please answer this? this is for a Aug 15, 2014 and NOC 2173 application. I am seeing that the cap has reached 1000 for 2173 but i havent received any update saying yes/no. I am confused and worried.

Marriage photos and questionnaire will be done easily no problem there but what shud I provide for cohabitation in 3rd point

I have a question on MR - Can I take MR appointment(from the CIC approved hospital) before I receive my MR email? Do we need to provide any details from the MR email to the hospital while taking the appointment?

I think you can't. Because, the hospital will ask for filled Medical Forms (IMM1017) & the MR Request Letter which you will get with the MR.

But, there is also something called "Upfront Medical". I don't know what that means, may be some senior can help.

I had called up DHL Express Customer Care and asked them who signed the package. They were able to give me a name

Same had happened with my friend. DHL was not telling who has signed. But they provided "proof of delivery" document. I think you should ask them for POD.

Call them and ask for Loomis Express (their third party vendor) tracking no. Its quite possible that they dont know about Loomis Express either so in that case, ask them for a third party tracking no. (alpha numeric) starting with NETXXXX. Track your app. using this new tracking no. on Loomis Express site and there you will be able to see who received you app. in POD section.

Hello Friends,

With extreme happiness I want to share the news of my medical request. Cant stop thanking god for this gift. This forum is what kept me going through out the process and taught me patience. I wish everyone will get through.was under a lot of stress since my second line got updated.

Below are my timeline:

Application : 5th June 14
CC charged : 23rd Sept 14
PER: 2nd Oct 14
Second line: Started process on 13th Nov, Updated on 16th Nov
Medical: 18th Nov 14 ; 10:23 AM

They have also asked for Passport Bio pages(Dont no what that means)
They have also sent info about CIIP(Is everyone receiving that?)

Points to be noted:
1) I broke all my FD's right after sending my application, and transferred them to my spouse's name.
2) No one was contacted in my HR/Supervisor.
3) I sent my Pay slips/ITR/Form 16/appointment/appraisal letters/ apart from ref letter


Let me know if anyone has any generic questions.
