what i felt,
CIC guys started reveiwing application of pipe's hsuband , gave a uci no. to him. later on, CAP reached n returned.

in ur case, app might returned as CAP full so returned ur case without UCI no.

plz dont mind, u explained scenario... its how people share and learn scenarios here.

Hello Friends,

Greeting to all members sharing and helping out each other. I just want to inquire that I had applied on May 2014 is FSW and end of OCT 2014 i have received instructions from LVO for MR, PPR 1 & RPRF and have emphasized to complete the same within 30 days.

If some senior or well aware friend of mine here can shed some light on my case that does this mean it is approved and if yes than if I fulfill the above requirements then how much time do you think I have for original passport submission and visa stamping? what next can I anticipate? also I am from Pakistan, so what would be the best method of paying the RPRF?

Would appreciate some guidance and suggestions.

After submitted my file last month, i received an original English reference letter from my company that explain my duties, it is different and more accurate than the submitted translated one i had attached at the time of sending my file. what do you recommend me to do?. I want send the new document but i am afraid that the office think that i am cheating.

Dear Seniors,

I have a question regarding the charging priority of NOCs,

As we have seen the trend of already capped NOCs ( i.e. 2174, 2173 and 1112) , that they have been charged on a priority basis as compared to other NOCs because of reaching the cap limit.

So, can we expect the same trend of charging ( At supersonic speed ) for the next two hot NOCs ? ( i.e. 2171 and 2132)

Raising this question, just to predict the DD charge date..

*30 days are provided to submit the passporst...
*They require 10 days for processing the Visa stamping on passports and 1-3 days for return after stamping
*Visa validity is 1 year from medicals or passport validity whichever is earlier
*The letter is 5-6 pages with all information plus a annexure which needs to be filled with details of all the v applicants including full name, eye colour, , passport no, passport expiry, native language.
*Passport should have minimum 2 blank pages
*Two recents photos as per specifications are asked for all applicants...

I have seen this letter received by a friend and thus sharing the above information....

BTW no Passport request after yesterdays rush..... NDVO.. please shower the PPRs...............

Yes, you can wait until you receive PER. Once you get PER, You can submit CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) to LVO

Thanks brother. The link mentions about adding spouse if one is citizen or Permanent Resident, whereas I want to add my spouse as dependent in my current application after marriage (change in status). Not sure how this will affect my application and its timeline :S

Would also like to know that apart from forms and legal documents related to marriage / spouse, what else does the VO usually request for applicants adding spouse after PER.

Just to add, letter also mentions if you do not hear from courier company within next 4 weeks you may contact VO immediately with details

Also they mention to send A4-A5 envelope with correspondence address mentioned on it..

Just wondering if anyone having any update about it.. I have been going through the blog since a long time, but couldn't make any answer.

App Rcvd: 09th June'14
PER Rcvd: 04th Oct'14
35 Working days already passed & 44 normal days passed, but no update in either ECAS or any mail from NDVO.

Pls suggest if anyone having similar case or may be share an experience.
