PER - Positive Eligibility Review
AOR - Acknowledgement of receipt
MEDDEC - Medical Decision
MR - Medical Request
PCC - Police Clearance Certificate
RPRF -Right of Permanent Residence Fees
PPR - Passport Request
COPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence
LAN - Landing

I am noc 1112 July 31st applicant. My cc has not been charged and I have not heard anything back from cic via query. My file has also not been returned and I have a us address. Please advise on what should I do? Am I still in?

Same here I m 1 Aug under same category. I guess lights are out for us unlike 2174 which was charged for next 15 days after cap update. If u get update pls do PM also

I am also Aug 13th applicant 2173 ... cc not charged yet .. not sure whether I am in cap or not ... 2174 reached cap limit when applications dated 19th june were charged ..but looks like applications till 4th july are accepted in that category .. going by the same trend .. i think we should make into the cap if no issues with docs ... All the best ... .Pray for all August applicants ... ..please share if u get any updates .... from past 5 -6 days no 2173 updates ... little bit worried for sure but lets hope for the best

Hello friends,

My friend has applied under FSW 2014 and has got MR request along with RPRF fee payment request.

However, no PCC requested from VO.

At the time of applying , he has provided old PCC of last year 2013 which as per FSW guidelines is not valid.

Shall he wait for PCC request from VO or send it even if they do not ask ?

expert please advise.

I got my MR/PCC/RPRF, so do i need to maintain funds in my account?

Please do maintain POF till you land and show the immigration officer POF(Very important)

There are two ways of submitting passports..either u travel to and from or send it with a friend and ask somebody to finish the process.
I recommend the first choice..always do by yourself brings perfection.For second question i cannot tell an exact answer..
