How much time will it take to get the VISA stamping after I send passport ??

I just got my PER last night. I had the same problem. My BC had my name as "baby". So for that i submitted my 10th class certificate which too has my parents name as in BC. Also i kept a notarized certificate stating baby n myself are same and my parents name is so n so.. !

It will work.

I just found out my BC doesn't have my name in it. . Will my app be rejected. It is having only my father name and mother name in it. Dunno how the heck I didn't check it. Kindly suggest me all the options I have. Or should I wait for a couple of weeks? Thanks!

I think you dont need to worry for following reasons

1) If your secondary school certificate contains your birth date and one or both of your parent name(s), dont worry

2) Thats how birth certificates (at least the initial one given right after birth) are given in places like India (reason for that is, usually the name is given few days after birth)

You are totally fine and you will not be rejected for this reason

If you dont mind, can you please give me the name of the hospital and doctor who gave you a certificate that your heart will be fine for the next 5 years and does not need further attention? I would also like to get a certificate like that.

Urgent help needed...
In my English BC it doesnt show family name(surname) anywhere?
it shows
My name: xxxx (only first name no surname)
DOB:
Father's name: only his name and grandfather's name (no surname)
Mother's name: only her name

My file was returned last week; one of the reason was BC. now i got the new one in English which has above description. will it be OK? the birth certificate need to have surname?
now shall i put self affidavit declaring my surname along with BC?

Why Before 15 /12 ? I think still anyone can apply up to 24/12 ...

Yes, just to be on a safe side the festive activities in December. Better to submit earlier dan wait till 24th of Dec and be tensed cos of situations beyond ur control. If you can, pls reapply on or b4 Dec 31st anyway. That's just my advice.

Your MR request came almost 4 months after your CC charging. Any idea why this was delayed so long ?
Also PPR has come within 1 month of MR. This is too quick as compared to many others who are waiting since more than 2 months. Was yours a special request ?

You are good then. CIO operations manual urges service delivery agents to acknowledge BC + s.sc.rec as complete BC for Indian applicants.
