DD ENCASHMENT : 06 NOV 2014 ( ICICI bank)
PER : 16TH NOV 2014 23:53 IST

YES ! i got my PER on a Sunday !!!! quite amazed

I'm so glad and i want to thank each and everyone in this forum for the help they have provided, every question asked and answered has been helpful, so i say a BIG thanks to the newbies and the seniors. Asifee to mention in special - he has been an helping hand for me personally.

Dear all,

Yesterday night (Sunday afternoon NS time), i got email from CIC stating rejection of my application. Actually, cc charged for my application and waiting for PER email. However, my application was rejected stating i don't meet the 67 points. I possess 5 years of experiences from 3 companies (1 year, 2 year and 2 year). I have submitted JD from two companies and no JD from present company. So, they took only 3 years for points calculation and reduced my overall score. Can i make a appeal against the decision ? I already met min 1 year JD for applied NOC. They have mentioned they won't include present company exp due to no JD provided. However, i have submitted offer letter and salary slips for last 3 months. Seniors, Pls share your thoughts.

Since you are not getting your file back after NER you can start preparing a new app without further ado. Try to address what failed the app first time, ask fellow applicants with same NOC to share JD templates for your HR consideration. And best of luck of course!

my dear

ashifbhai, century, friends & seniors .

it has been almost 55 days since i have received PER but till date Neither i have received MR nor my 2nd line of ECAS has updated ..

is this normal .. ?

I am really worried about my application.

Also, One thing to mention that i had forgotten to show my student visa rejections in my application, about which later on i had sent amendment forms and apology letter to NDVO.

Is that the reason why it is taking so long ???? Am I in danger zone ??
