Hello seniors...

urgent help required..... I am from Nepal and is it really mandatory to submit citizenship card as supporting document and national identity document for me, my wife and child.....
Since the no. Of citizenship is not consistent. Apart from this document all other documents are fine.
Will it work if I choose NA for national identity document in generic form and provide passport and birth certificate as per document check list.....

Nepal does not have a national identity document. Citizenship card is not it and you don't need to include citizenship card or number anywhere in the application.

If I change my Job or get married then I have to inform CIC people?
Is it mandatory ?

It is mandatory to notify your visa office of changes in your job, travel, or any changes in family composition that includes marriage. You will also need to add your spouse to the application by providing the appropriate documents relevant to your spouse.

I am really thankful for your reply bro. But unfortunately, I will not be able to send CIC any alternative or updated payment form sooner than next week, which will be late I believe.

Do you have any idea whether they assign a UCI to the rejected files due to payment or not ?
and If they do, should I wait for the returned file or send another one without the UCI

Sorry for the many questions and thanks again for your kind help.

Bro the best alternative is to send new payment form for your existing application, you can send a dd or pay using your friend's CC also (Suggesting as an available alternative).

Any new applicantion will be considered as fresh and will be last in the queue no matter even if they assign you UCI or not (though they will, in case of rejection also).

You can send new application even now, you dont need to wait for returned application or UCI to send that. Just ensure everything is in place as per the checklist.

I'll still strongly encourage you to go by my earlier advise if CC is the only problem in application.

Good Luck

Friends,

Posting these questions for the third time in the absence of any response. Will greatly appreciate the forum member's perspective. Background information is below. My specific questions are:

1. Is it correct to send all these documents to NDVO without them specifically asking for these. I suggest you raise CSE. You can upload all the required doc other then DD
2. If I'm paying the additional CAD150 through a demand draft, should the demand draft be payable in Canada or India? at India
3. Will this help me get the MR for all my family members (including the new born) when I get the MR Yes
4. Where should I send these documents? Which address of NDVO? Is it, Immigration Section - Service de l'Immigration, 7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri PO Box 5209 New Delhi 110021 India. Yes, address is correct.
5. Does anyone think that I should rather wait for NDVO to contact me before sending all of these?

Dear bro, the following post could be helpful to you, i reckon.

Hello everybody

I got PER on 1st of October and on 2nd October I raised CSE to add my new born in app
And after 20 days I got reply from ndvo for the same

Main content of reply is :

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

To advise us of a change to your family composition, please send us a signed letter (the letter may be scanned and sent as an email attachment) providing us with all required changes to your file. The following information must be included in the letter if we are to make the changes:

- full name,
- date of birth,
- file number [Letter followed by a nine-digit number],
- telephone number, including area code,
- fax number, including area code, and
- mailing address

As we require your signature on this information, please note that your current family composition has not been amended in our records.

How to add your child to your application:

You will be required to submit the following documents in order to add your child to your application:

- a letter explaining how your family composition has changed and requesting that your child be added to your application
- processing fee for the child (if accompanying you to Canada)
- updated IMM0008 Generic Application Form and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse to include added child
- If the child is 18 years or older, an IMM0008, Schedule A and IMM5406 Additional Family Information Form
- notarized copy of the child's birth certificate
- copy of your child's valid passport(s) both valid and expired
- four recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications
- if you applied as a Skilled Worker - updated proof of funds for number of family members to now include added child
- a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you are immigrating to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)

Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required.

( I hope this might be helpful for others as well )
