Dont worry...if online status says in process, its as good as PER.
Its what it says for us also, for people who have PER.

Your file is through.
For some reason u havnt received PER, check ur junk mail folder.

I suppose you dont even need per.
You already have online access and UCI

If you cant show job duties for your previous company then i dont think you can claim points for that expereince. Yes, there have been dicussions regarding an applicant's immediate supervisor providing the reference letter and a sworn affidavit on this thread. I am not very sure about that topic and would leave it to other seniors to comment on. But i would want to share my case with you. I work for oracle and could not get experience letter as i am still an employee. The company policies stop HR from providing exp letter before the employee quits. So i did not claim points for my tenure in oracle. But i shud tell u that the HR was ready to give the letter once i would be off their rolls. So am not sure if cic will have any opinions of big companies not giving reference letter. If i were you, i would be worried about what cic review officer would think of you providing a reference letter from an individual when it is for a big gun company. Consult with seniors on the forum if its fine for you to explain all these on your cover letter. Also check the ss for rejection remarks for job duties.

I am planning for 2172.... My manager from previous company mailed that the reference letter can not be provided. However I have got reference letter from previous to previous company..... I am planning to ask my friend sign and put details on the job description. My friend also working in same company and his designation is assistant manager...... Since I am working in a company which is in par with Microsoft or apple.... Top employer of the world thus these type of specific documents cant be provided...... I hope CIC should know about this...... If I provide reference letter of one company only with equal duties to that to NOC 2172. Will it work and i will get points for 5 or 6 years I.e. Either 13 or 15 points...... In CIC website they clearly mention they need exact matching of NOC for 1 year in past 10 years.......

Please suggest its urgent......

Send a mail to CIC for application status. PER must have been issued for ECA to show in process'

You should not miss the opportunity, go for the re-verification, you never know, things may turned into your favor. I believe there are scope of error of judgement in IELTS writing and speaking, you should go for it.

I don't think the two options are exclusive. You would need to retake the IELTS anyways, both to apply for the current system and express entry. With express entry being competitive, the stakes will be even higher, not lower.

Depends on how severe the case is. If it is easy and not too expensive to manage the condition with regular medicine, or if it can be cured then it won't be a problem. Basically, medical rejection is warranted only if it is a public health concern (not in this case) or excessive demand to Canadian government (due to high cost of treatment).
