Guys - useful info - it confirms they count app in CAP right after completeness (even before CC charge)
I got this info from their training manual which is available for public.

That means AOR was within the 40 days average! MR average wait time is 49 days for Singapore (Max 89 days; Min 23 days) so you should get the MR anytime now. Please update the spreadsheet for AOR date.

LVO takes around 6 to 8 weeks from PER to issue MR and PCC (generally)
UK PCC can be obtained in 10 working days and urgent in 2 days just FYI

Does CIC accept couriers on Saturday ?

Your courier company will not make attempt to deliver at cio on Saturday. If it has reached NS it'll be delivered on Monday else on Tuesday
