I received my PER on 13h Nov, should I have to start my PCC now? or should I have to wait till I get the request?

My friend told me that NDVO will consider PCC only when issued after NDVO request date, is that true?

What is the PCC process when applied in PSK and valid upto 2018, If my present address is different to passport address?

Hi Buddy,
congrats on receiving PER.
You can apply for PCC straightaway without waiting for the request. The validity will be 6 months, NDVO will accept a valid PCC, irrespective of the request.
If your present address is not the same as mentioned in the passport, you need to provide a copy of the present residence address (Voter ID, Aadhaar, 6months bank statement or LPG gas connection service voucher).

Dude, I sent my PCC request from New Delhi with my application, and got it done one month before my application was sent.
Get yours done whenever it suits you... getting it done now won't do any harm either...

I received my PER on 13th Nov... I am a July 16th applicant, CC charged on 3rd Nov.

Though, I have sent my application before seeing this forum, I have been tracking the latest updates since then. I really appreciate the people for their selfless contribution to this forum. Yes, there will be physical verification and it is not for all applicants.

Thought of sharing this information for Indian expats in the UAE. You can apply for your PCC thru' BLS International by paying a fees of ˜115 dirhams. Read the requirements to apply for the PCC on the blsindiavisa website. The checklist is called CHECKLIST_2.4.pdf.

Hope this is useful to all those wanting to apply for PCC.

You just need to show 1 yr of exp in 2172 for Pri NOC eligibility.. remaining 5 yrs can be any NOC in Skill type 0, A or B for work exp points 8)

Need your help...

I applied for the NOC 2173 and the appln reached CIC office on 02-Oct-2014. Currently, the trend says I might not be in the CAP and my application might be returned becoz CAP has been reached the limit...Whn can i expect my appln back..

Can I send the appln for the another NOC i.e 2172 (Database analyst ) after my appln is recd or can i send a fresh appln now.
But the problem i don't have sound exposure in this field but just worked for a year or so..Would there be any problem if I show the experience letter for this occupation for more than 5 years though i dont have much exp in this occupation...
