Friends, is there any way to get PCC before it has been requested by NDVO.? (Gujarat state)

What I know is if I have to apply for PCC, I have to approach police station with a letter from NDVO requesting PCC. This takes time.

Some where I heard that I can get PCC from passport office also...

please share your experience.

yes apply through passport website at closest psk. You can get pcc without furnishing any reason.

Can anybody guide me for the proof of funds please.
1) My spouse has a NPS (New Pension Scheme) account. Will funds in it contribute towards settlement funds? This type of account is opened for people who work in Govt/Semi govt departments in India.

2) Some of my savings are in mutual funds/equity schemes. Do I need to withdraw them and reinvest in bank FD or liquid funds (almost same like FD). I am asking this question basically because investments in mutual funds tend to follow market trend. As a result, in future depending upon the market condition, investment value can be higher or lower than what it is now.

Requesting seniors and persons with same experience to reply please.

Need your help...

I applied for the NOC 2173 and the appln reached CIC office on 02-Oct-2014. Currently, the trend says I might not be in the CAP and my application might be returned becoz CAP has been reached the limit...Whn can i expect my appln back..

Can I send the appln for the another NOC i.e 2172 (Database analyst ) after my appln is recd or can i send a fresh appln now.
But the problem i don't have sound exposure in this field but just worked for a year or so..Would there be any problem if I show the experience letter for this occupation for more than 5 years though i dont have much exp in this occupation...

My Noc is 3233,....although I qualify for 3012 as well... But I knew it ll be soon capped.

I am July applicant....cc mode...nothing yet...but I am seeing a trend most nurses 3012 are getting cc charged or per but none of 3233 I have seen.


What is ur qualification.r u a bsc n.and what was ur wes report.coz incase ir qualified for 3012 u shud hav applied for 3011.

My wife's BC is in english and hindi whereas the details are filled in English only. However the details are handwritten. Please suggest if I have to get notarized or translated copy for the same.

No need to translate. Bilingual docs anyways are allowed where one of the language is English. In this case details also are in English.

YUP!!
But i recommend you to apply for a PCC..NVDO may or may not ask for PCC with passport request. I was in same situation and i already kept a new PCC with me for safer side.As the PCC is having 1 year validity the new one will be valid till Nov 2015
