PCC can be done at any stage. I had done my PCC after submitting my application itself. Just an appointment with PSK(passport Seva Kendra). It will 2-3 hours for whole process which is very easy. THen within 30 days you will get notification that PCC is ready and you have to go to PSK again collect it. If your permanent address is same as in passport then may be u can get PCC on very first day.

My wife's BC is in english and hindi whereas the details are filled in English only. However the details are handwritten. Please suggest if I have to get notarized or translated copy for the same.

URGENT Assistance needed -

Do we need to mention our UCI and Application number on the envelope that one sends to NDVO to submit MR completion, PCC, RPRF DD etc.

I've written my name, UCI and Appn No on the rear side of my rprf demand draft with a pencil.

My residential address has changed since application. Should I just send them a letter alongwith this courier asking them to change my address, or do I also need to send some additional new address proofs or updated forms?

Letter reads "Schedule 3: Economic classes [IMM 0008 Schedule 3] (You must provide the most recent version of Schedule 3 which is now 3 pages)
