DESCRIPTION Designation: Assistant Brand Manager
Reporting to: Brand Manager
Purpose:The role also includes assisting the Brand Manager in developing a yearly brand strategy plan, and leading all ATL, BTL and social marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for conducting pre & post launch analysis and implementation of Brand Architecture & Positioning.
Key Responsibilities
: 1. Delivery of Annual Brand Plans, Brand Health, Turnover & ARPU.
2. Developing and monitoring segment communication strateg
. 3. Developing and implementing advertising campaigns appropriate for print, electronic or social mediaas per Brand Plan
4. Liasoning with multifunctional teams to design & implement various offers while ensuring timely delivery and implementation of brand plans.
5. Read, analyze and synergize learnings from various sources of information like Business Intelligence Reports, Brand Health Trackers etc.
6. Keeping a close eye on the Brand at all channels and touch points.
7. Assist the Brand Manager in developing Market Plans, Brand Strategies, Brand Portfolio Analysis, Touch Point strategies etc.
8. Leading Brand Activations, like workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events,for Telenor Business
9. Managing Marketing Budgets with the support of Brand Executive
10. Working closely with segment teams for developing Brand Road Map.
11. Gain deep understanding of the competitors strategy & working.
12. Closely monitor the successful ideas in the regional/global Telecom markets and evaluate them for local implementation.
13. Closely work with diverse teams like Business Intelligence, Segments, VAS and other 3Ps like Creative & Media agencies, Activation agencies etc. to ensure timely delivery and implementation of advertising campaigns or activationsas per brand plan.
14. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports and other material.
15. Be the face of customer in the team and ensure customer centricity in the value chain.
