I want to send sum additional hardcopy documents to NDVO as there is a change in employment for me. Can you please provide me with Full Mailing address for NDVO?? And can it be send through SPEED POST?? Is it necessary to mention PO BOX or just the address would work??

Use the below mentioned address which does not contain PO Box no. It will work. Send via BlueDart and you can track your package also. You will get Proof of Delivery also.

Why are 1112 NOC applicants not receiving MR requests....1112 NOC is the second hottest NOC and now been capped for sometime, also from my analysis there are may applicants from the same NOC in NDVO, but if you go thru the spreadsheet many few of applicants have received MR requests from NDVO and few are with second line update with no further requests, many of applicants are still waiting for any communication from NDVO...

Why is this NOC not treated properly by NDVO and other NOC of technical and computer background have flood of requests and fast processing from NDVO...

Are we 1112 NOC people are unwanted people, or there is something messy going around with our NOC....

What you guys think.....

We don't know yet.

The only way you can know is to call the CIC and pray for a nice agent to answer you.

Anyway, it seams to me it's a bit early yet.

1. I think you are overthinking

2. The team that is processing 1112 applications may be smaller then the team of the IT NOCs at the NDVO; that explains why it isn't being processed as fast.

3. The fact that it is hot for us (lot of applicants) doesn't mean it's hot for the Canadian Government, that several people are needed...

You have hit the nail on the head. NDVO is not the only Visa office with this strange treatment.

I can relate to your concern even though my Visa office is London. If you go through the SS, you will find out that the majority of applicants who have received MR from London Visa office belong to IT/Technical/Mechanical NOCs and residing in Middle East, i think to an extent its safe to presume that Visa offices do have some priority NOCs to proceed with.

I just hope that Visa offices treat all NOCs equally.

Appreciate your reply, but this is not the case all over the world, other VO's are taking this NOC at good pace and also processing them well in time compared to other NOC, its only NDVO which is disciminating this NOC....

You can visit spreadsheet and analyse and will find what i am saying above is logical..

Either the guys processing this apps in NDVO is realy dumb, or he think himself to be working in his luxury.....

Hi Seniors,

I am new to this forum. I just received my application returned by CIC and the reason is "You have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of continuous experience full time or equivalent part time, paid work experience in the NOC".

I had provided them an employment letter from Canadian employer stating that I've 1 year of full time and paid experience. The letter hasd everything i.e. Job responsibilities, hours per week (37.5), Salary and dates.

I'm planning to resend my application and have following questions in my mind.
1. Could you please suggest me what should I include in the application to provide this evidence ?
2. What are the chances of my application falling under cap if I apply within next week ?
3. Do I need to fill all the forms again or the previous filled forms will work this time too ?

NOC: 2171
App Received: 25th Aug
VO: CPC-Ottawa
App Returned: Nov 14th

In form IMM-5406 section A we are required to write the name of self, spouse, father and mother, and there is an adjoining column for 'Present Address' & 'Email Address', Whose address is to be written there. My parent and spouse lives in India and I live in UAE; I am confused because guideline too doesn't state whose address it should be.

Hi,

There is no need to copy data, agreed that most of the times you get the 'html version' of SS but sometimes we also get the downloadable '.xlxs format' from the same link... I do not have clarity on why it happens so... Generally, I clear cache memory/cookies and try then mostly I get the downloadable .xlxs version of SS on Chrome and then I am able to access and analyse the data...

Post marriage my wife got personal details changed in her new passport.

1. Change in Surname
2. Change in Address
3. Addition of Spouse name.

Do you thing that change in surname will create an issue? I am 11 sept applicant and submitted her documents based on previous passport.

Do I need to fill all CIC forms again and submit them? If yes, then when.

I am still waiting for my PER.

Kindly suggest.
