What to do with WES because they made a fatal error in my ECA and when i reported this error to them they have put my file under review. How long my file will remain under review. Anyone else has suffered same issue and how long did it take for him to get his corrected revised ECA report.

Regards,
George

@ managersonline - I did face a similar situation with WES; apprently they had not evaluated my PG documents even when they were submitted as part of the same package. On being questioned, they agreed to review the file again. Now, I am not too sure the status of your file with CIC, but keep in mind that till the time status is reflected as "File under review", CIC cannot access/ verify your ECA from their end. It is only when the status is complete that they can do that. Also, if your ECA needs to undergo a change from what WES issued you originally, then they will send you revised originals (2 copies) using the same mode of how they were dispatched to you. This process of reviewing took them around 3-4 weeks for a turnaround.

Also, a quick note here - if your file is otherwise complete to be mailed to CIC then pls go ahead adn do that. Subsequently when you receive the revised ECA, you can send that as an addendum to your earlier submitted application. I followed the same process and received PER today.

Hope this helps!

Hi Seniors,

I want to send sum additional hardcopy documents to NDVO as there is a change in employment for me. Can you please provide me with Full Mailing address for NDVO?? And can it be send through SPEED POST??
Your quick response will be appreciated..

THIS really throws some light to 2173 Aug applicants. However, it somewhat looks like a standard reply for all enquiries.
I have sent an enquiry to question @ cic.gc.ca and let's wait for the reponse :)

Hello All,

I am an Aug 19th applicant (Certified Cheque) for NOC 2173. I had mailed CIO asking the status of my application, and I already have a UCI no as I am currently in Canada on an Open WP. This is the reply that I got:

"Thank you for contacting Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I am pleased to follow up on your request:

We have received your application and it will be processed according to the date it was received. "

Does it ring any bells?

Thanks!

Congrats. +1

Goku,

I have seen your post that, your file has been transferred to New York VO.

Just with curiosity, How did you get to know that your file is being processed at New York VO?

Just for fun sake, I enquired my bank even after one week of receivving my PER, it was still outstanidng in their records....... Is it not funny ?

Hi,

I applied in the 2132 Mech Engineer category in May 2014, today I received my RPRF and MR from CIC.

Last month I got married. I applied initially as a single applicant.

What is the procedure to include my wife in this application?
How do I inform CIC that my marital status has changed?
Will this delay my application?
Has anyone been through this before (Applied as a single applicant and got married later)?
Please help.

Thanks!

Whats your application receipt date at CIO?

Just to share with you, I got per 130 days after they received my package. Saturday morning, I was just checking my emails not thinking about my app with Canada. Then I saw an email from CIO with the title Application for Permanent Residence. Quite nervous that time but told myself that this is an answer that I've been waiting for regardless of the outcome. Thank God, it was per. For those who are waiting for their own good news, I hope you'll get it anytime soon. Just be patient, in God's perfect time, it will come. God bless and happy weekend everyone.

Thank you for sharing...

00293 confirms that the file is sent to VO in electronic form only.

Sorry Master, can't agree with you because of the page 292:

"In addition, CR-03 clerks are also responsible for physical shipment of files to Visa Offices on a weekly basis. Once an electronic GCMS file has been transferred, the paper file is forwarded to the courier to be prepared for shipping to visa offices abroad"

And follow up on page 293:

"In addition, PM01 agents are also responsible for electronic transferring of files to Visa Offices on a weekly basis. Once an electronic GCMS file has been transferred, the paper file is forwaded to the courier room to be prepared for shipping to visa offices abroad"
