Hi Seniors,

I am new to this forum. I just received my application returned by CIC and the reason is "You have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of continuous experience full time or equivalent part time, paid work experience in the NOC".

I had provided them an employment letter from Canadian employer stating that I've 1 year of full time and paid experience. The letter hasd everything i.e. Job responsibilities, hours per week (37.5), Salary and dates.

I'm planning to resend my application and have following questions in my mind.
1. Could you please suggest me what should I include in the application to provide this evidence ?
2. What are the chances of my application falling under cap if I apply within next week ?
3. Do I need to fill all the forms again or the previous filled forms will work this time too ?

NOC: 2171
App Received: 25th Aug
VO: CPC-Ottawa
App Returned: Nov 14th

Wow man im not a Senior , but NOC 2171 probably will get capped with applicants around first week of november, still August applicants running, Sept and Oct apps , check NOCs like 2173 and see the trend , they literally filled 300 apps in nothing.

Sorry to hear this :(
Answers for ur query.-
1) you can provide additional documents such as work contract which shows exactly your time duration with the company, like joining letter. Also attach pay stubs. I hope ur reference letter had dates on it, because that causes issue too.
2) i cant comment on th cap buddy, once they update th cap only then can comment. Is there any other cold noc that u can apply into.
3) forms keep on updating, its a better option ti print new forms and fill it. Good luck!

Got MR
Where are the details

App date : may 30
Noc : 2174
Vo : ndvo
Mr: nov 9

an information for those who are worried about the fbi clearance delays. I wrote an email to the Delhi embassy about the possible delay for the fbi report . They replied back and gave me 30 additional days for submitting the fib records. But they were particular about submitting the other documents ( medical Indian pcc, fees etc)
within 45 days.
