No I didn't read all the pages but I skimmed it quickly within 15 minutes and reached at FSW category & read this info.
This document has PNP (Provincial Nomination Program), FSW & QSW(Qubec).

It also mention - if you are ineligible after CC charge, you'll get a refund. I read some discussion on this forum regarding refund, I thought it might be helpful to mention.

i dont have per or any any thing my cc has not been charged yet and nothing is moving what to do total as per ss still ard 11 people on my date are waiting and nothin has been charged

 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.


I noticed that someone said try between 4 to 4.30 canada time.

Congrats buddy. First of all make CSE using below link for procedure:
NDVO is very fast, they will reply you back in a day's time.

But v first thing is "marriage certificate", so try to get it asap. Also if required, update passport of your you/wife(to update wife's name and add each other name is spouse section). Take action as quickly as u can, this wont impact your file processing much if you are able to gather docs quickly.

Yes please! It's always better to. USA & Canada share their visa/immigration databases and cross-verification is always done as a part of the criminality check process. CIC's agenda to do this is to check on asylum-seekers, refugees etc...but your L1 issuance will come up during the check.

Better for what please? Did they ever ask for any valid visas we hold currently for any country in any of the forms in the application? Where do you think CIC will use this data and also what happens if they find that we have L1 visa in their checking? We should not dumb information on those poor guys who are already under tremendous pressure to process cases. If asked, then provide, is the basic principle on should follow.

received dat 11th july noc 1123 mailed already no reply atall since ard 58 days and called but they said we dont have info about fsw with uci number

Inside Canada: 1-888-242‑2100
Outside Canada: 1-613-944-4000

Inside Canada: 1-888-242‑2100
Outside Canada: 1-613-944-4000

they dont answer anything without uci number

You have to wait 110 days... or untill you NOC is capped.
