I have finally received my ECAS from ICAS. I have got Associate Degree for Bachelors and Masters for my MBA. How many points do I get. IS it 19 or 23?

Why you need that printer to bring along with you ? U will get far better in Canada. Anyways power/voltage differs. so not useful.
Unless it can print Canada Citizenship rightaway, you can carry lolz

Can we carry electronic items (to Canada) that we bought in India?

I have a HP Printer that i feel will be very much required in Canada. Can i carry that with me? I read somewhere that voltage requirements, etc do not match and its useless carrying electronics from India.

I had submitted XEROX(Attested) copy of PCC of mine and my wife. Do they request Original after PER mail or at the time of MR.
PCC dated 24/06/2014. Application filed on 9/7/2014, PER on 4/11/2014.

I am sorry I don't have any idea for karnal or nearby locations, but one of my friend has done it from delhi. You can find several options there. I would suggest you to google it and call them if they have any franchise in Haryana.
