Sister Raisa :'( that was below the belt! Aashif Bhai is from Bangladesh too - LOL But he's not "lazy"! I think you are right, they see PER & take rest :P :P it's voluntary after all... Please update the sheet vaia's!!

Regards,
Rick

Dear Maverick,

You totally got me wrong. I was telling about "THE BANGLADESHIS" who are not coming out with information & experience about SGVO. As you can see how applicants under NDVO is sharing their information & etc etc. And i feel proud about ASHIF_EEE bhai who is the founder of this forum. And see how people are following this forum getting help. Applicants are being consulted and it's totally free :P And it's going to cross 9000 pages :o. And i can strongly say that had it not been for ASHIF bhai then many would have seen themselves getting rejected or misinformed.

Yes Bozance this actually AOR which we forum members are saying PER. If you read the mail from CIC, it is actually mentioned Positive Determination Of Eligibility(PDR). Go to E-CAS. right under the We Have received.......msg you will see this.........

The following tables will help you understand the status of your application.
Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia

Click on Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada and you will see a diagram. I hope you will understand then.

Actually AOR is different than PER. Acknowledgement Of Receipt is usually the mail which is received after the application package is transfered and delivered to local Visa Office, and issued by that office. Also cases that CIO sending AOR is rare but can happen. PER is just the mail that states the applicant's application is complete and is within the cap.

Just for the clarification. No offence..
