Check SS I checked more than 70% are in a college under univ and got PER

Relevance: 71.4%
the lead statement of category 4011 that teach graduate and undergraduate students is covered in my experience certificate. but the responsiblities regarding research is not fullfilled. my application is received on 30th october 2014. do i have any chance to make it .plz answer me. only 4 out of 9 responsiblities is given in my experience letter. anyone who has faced same problem plz contact me

Keep an eye on SS. Currently till 31st July's CC are being charged (ignore 2171 and 2173). So when you see applicant reporting 28th Aug is being charged, then contact bank. BTW, if you don't have someone in the treasury department of SCB, the bank don't keep the request to check encashment.

According to CIC website, your relative falls into '' a child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle)", therefore, you must provide copies of the following to proof your relationship:
- your BC
- your father's BC which shows his parents' names
- your relative's BC which shows his parents'names

and BCs of your relative and your father should show they have at least one common parent.

Have you fulfilled these criteria?

I am 14th may applicant...already received MR on 30th Oct.....Medicals are scheduled to be done on 20th Nov.

In Dec-14 I am moving to Austraila for 6 months and probably I am assuming that I would receive my PPR request, if all goes well, within the same time period... my family will be in India itself...

Kindly suggest how to deal with such situation without coming back to India.....I am very much confused and worried

I am 2173 Oct12th applicant. So as cap reached.

1) Is there any hope still that my CC get en-cached?
2) If not, will my packet will be returned?
3) Will i be considered for FSW'15 without sending new app?
4) what else can i do?

I'm very sorry to inform you that your application will be returned.(I hope i'm wrong) :-[. And yes your packet will be returned. And yes you can wait for Express Entry 2015. And i think In December CIC is gonna explain about EE 2015. And that time you will know how to proceed.

The only option which i can see is "You writing a mail to NDVO saying transfer your file to Australia" or "You can send them the passport for stamping and get it back via same courior or VFS or something".

is there anyone who has applied under 4011 and teaching in a college recognised by a university and got his application accepted . are we who teach in colleges afifliated to university eligible or not for category 4011 plz guide me

I have applied under 4011. I was late in applying, so, still waiting. One of my friend got his CC charged. We have almost same experience letter. Research is not mandatory but teaching and supervising graduate/undergraduate student as well as giving/evaluating exam/quiz along with attending seminar and departmental meetings is important.

Contacting with SCB id of no use. I have someone in the SCB HO. I tried 3 times. And the last time i went to their remittance dept. But no use. But my husband told me to relax and he said it'll be enchased in a day as SCB HO has given the clearance to RBC HO. And by the way my husband has worked with the biggest remittance company in Oman. So he knows pretty much about this. But i was worried.

Canada migration will be easier and quicker from 2015 onwards as the Express Entry is being launched.

Brother Diplomatru , My ECAS updated on firday in evening after 30 mins office opened in Nove Scotia - 9 am NS time.
And i got PER on Monday , after 3 days at 8:45 am NS time.

PER is on the way and ECAS can update any time on any day, so keep checking with old UCI# or new one if have any.
