I am a July 18 applicant under category 2171. My DD was encashed on November 4 according to the review.

I am using a different name in the spreadsheet and will update my record later.

But why didn't CIC count 5 points for his relative in canada, is it due to insufficient supporting documents?

i have no idea why they didn't count my relative. i had all needed docs, and they were up-to-date. in the email, they just said: "No adaptability points were assigned for a relative living in Canada as there was insufficient evidence on file to establish proof of relationship to a relative in Canada." i had mine and his bc's, as well as bc's of our parents, and their marriage certificates, his passport copy, employment contract, sin, tax return docs..

The roles you posted are definitely related mech engineering tasks. No one knows for sure how they do their matching sometimes. They seem to be looking for some keywords in the lead statements/roles for the NOC. I simply re-wrote my roles using their keywords and ensuring I cover over 60% of the NOC lead statements.
You should be fine I believe. Relax! Praying to be within the cap

today he got visa stamp on his passport. And he posted pic to our wts app grp. Its really amazing and he got 6 months validity to land in canada. This is surprizing. I m out fr work.Will answer ur query once i wil get back to.my place

Instead of "We started processing your application...", mine reads:

Permanent Residence
1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 23, 2014.
2. Medical results have been received.

Via Email
For case specific query, you need to e-mail at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry[at]cic.gc.ca . Mention your full name and date of birth, receive date etc.
Via Phone
Getting in touch on the phone:
1. Call at – 0016139444000
2. Select 1 for English
3. Then 1 for foreign affair
4. 2 for immigration
5. Call is being transferred to CIC
6. Then 1 for English
7. 2 for status
8. 1 for PR

If you don't have a UCI and want to obtain it :
1. When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
2. Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

If you already have a UCI and want to check the status:
1. In last IVR system ask you to enter your UCI
2. Once you enter your UCI,
3. If system directs you directly to agent without any announcement it's means your payment is not Encashed yet
4. If after entering your UCI, you listen the announcement like ” your application has received on xxx day” it's means you have been charged now wait for the PER

Thanks for pointing out this trick it should be easy to find and people worrying about the ISD calls use magicjack app on android to make free calls to canada. I tried to find out status of my app 22nd july 2171 no update it directed me to agent and said due high volume of calls they cant and the call got disconnected.
