Hello Guys,

I received PER on 04th Oct. M a 9th June applicant. NOC 0113.

Any Idea how many days it takes from PER for our files to get transfer to NDVO. Once the file is transferred then after how many days the visa officer attends the file......

Till now whatever predictions i have made, have actually came true. This is simple analysis of through observation of SS updation, CIC cap updation, CIC's cap updation time & work pattern, Applicant's information in this forum(which is more then valuable). For example a July 28th applicant reported his rejection news that he received from CIC based on his email of an enquiry about his application. And that was i think 2nd/early 3rd week of last month. And i think a week later an August applicant, ummm i think August 14, has reported his application status as RECEIVED(Informed by CIC). Application received means his application passed the completeness check and he is eligible for charging & PER.

So basically based upon all the information i have seen and from my personal experience with the CIC i do my assumption/analysis. August applicants your application completeness check have been done by last month and CIC i think already completed or in the process of completing the September applicants.

Plz help.
For what amount we have to make DD in INR to pay RPRF. Is online payment is ok for NDVO ie we pay on CIC website and attach recipt with other docs. Pls somebody who got confirmation after paying online intimate this.

> Online payment OK , u will be able to take a printout after completing online . After taking print out you need to manually your address and some details .
> If you are asked to send it with PCC or Medical you need to attached one copy with that and courier it . For some applicats only email reply enough .

I am new to this forum. Just submitted my application under NOC 1224. My Application reached on November 10, 2014. I am bit worried as I am not sure if I have signed on FEE PAYMENT form.

Kindly advise if anything I can do now ??

you do not keep a copy of whole forms?
if not, pray now.
or send a new one ASAP.

dude dont worry many are there ard 32 know to me are still in line which are not in ss all are waiting no on has got rejection on this date so dont worry atall we all will be in the canada soon

You should go down to IELTS test provider with your receipt from courier that clearly mention the delivery address of your package and insist/persuade or whatever it works. they will issue a copy if they can confirm it is sent for Canada visa

hi everyone
as some of you said, my application (september 19) did not make it into the cap.. :'( :'(

but what now?
I wanted my originals which I sent with my package this year.. like IELTS, police verification, ECA report etc.
Roughly, how long do you think it will take to have my application returned back to me?

I am planning for EE next year; will I have my documents by that time?

Also, when I tried contacting IELTS for addition report card, they said, they needed some kind of receipts from CIC to issue that.. I do not have any except the proof of delivery of the courier, which IELTS guys said they wont accept that..

I feel like I am stuck in between.. can you please help me?

Is there any CIC helpline mail id or contact number whom I can contact and ask about my application status?

NER is in response to the query email sent by applicants. You are right if the file is put in processing and do not fetch 67 points then payment is charged and, application is returned.

I thouht they keep the money and your file

If you have made payment through DD then it is not an issue no need to sign the form . I have done payment through DD and did not sign Payment form .
If you have given Credit Card details only and then not signing the form means then serious .. Easy way is check the reason for rejection from the Spread Sheet bottom for different aapplicants for 2014 and 2013 . This will help u have a better idea what not to do and what to do .
