Hello can someone advise on this?

My method of payment is CC and today i have visited my bank to check limit for payment.
For payment there is no limit and i can pay whole amount available which is around 1500CAD (this is enough since I have to pay 1100 CAD)
What worries me is that there is limit for cash withdrawal and limit is around 500 CAD.

I supose that CIC will take this money as payment and I hope that they do not take it as cash withdraw (this would be highly unusal since you can make cash withdrawal only on ATM)

It would be a disaster that they return application on this issue...

I am May 8th applicant , received MR from CPC ottawa and also asked to submit proof of funds again. All my money around $22k is in check in account and saving has only $3k . would this be fine . Checkin account is fine? or do we need to show money in only savings account?
