Dear friends please explain to me this info :

My friend will receive his IELTS result on 23 Dec, he want to send the file after that, so how many days CIC will be off during the Chris vacation ?

I checked one calendar and I found that 25 Dec will be National day but I am not sure if the full week will be off or not.

i have sent my PCC, RPRF & Medical on 1st November reached NDVO on 3rd, but still 3rd line in my status is not updated yet
if any one has same situation?

A question not about CIC,cap,PER,MR or anything about visa
But something about the forum ...how do you guys post "quotes" from many applicants in a single reply , i am sorry i just know that you have to press quote at the corner of the post to quote a reply to it, but it is difficult to find so many posts and quote them all in one and not sure how to do it ;D ;D ;D ;D

You have to click quotes. Then copy the whole quotes and paste it above/below another quotes. In this way, you can copy as many quotes as you like. 8) 8) 8)

My application received date is 26th August and I have applied from Mumbai, do I have send the application to New Delhi or to the address below

NDVO takes 10 to 20 days to get 3rd line update. So no worry on this till now.

My personal view on applications received in May to July 2014 without feedback from CIC.

FOR MAY APPLICANTS.
CC not charged: Application must have been returned and as such check with your country postal services or returned application still in transit.
Note: CIC send by slow snail postal service which could take months to be delivered to an applicant.
DD not encashed: Same as above
PER not received after fee payment: You might have unknowingly deleted the PER email.
If you fall into any of the above mentioned situation, SEND A MAIL INQUIRY TO CIC straight away.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.

FOR JUNE APPLICANTS.
CC not charged: Application must have been returned and as such check with your country postal services or returned application still in transit.

DD not encashed: Same as above
PER not received after fee payment: You might have unknowingly deleted the PER email.

Some July applicants are still in the game.
CC not charged till now: Call your bank/card issuer to know if there was any attempt on the card.
If the answer given to you is YES, instruct them to grant such payment if it was CIC.CIC will attempt
to charge your card 3 times and if unsuccessful, such application will be returned.
DD not encash till now: Call the DD issuer for an update on encashment of the draft.
PER not received after fee payment: You might have unknowingly deleted the PER email.
Alternatively contact CIC via email for application update now.
In the subject field mail write FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER.
