hi my cc got charged on last friday, november 7th
application date :18th july
surprising factor is i applied under noc 2174?
is their any chance of getting PER ?

Is this true ? Heard many files from July 4th were returned due to cap.

Today I paid RPRF fee online for NDVO. In the PDF receipt received Client Date, Client ID, Address etc are blank. Should I fill them and then sent it to NDVO or just print the receipt and courier it?

Please advice

Okay. thanks.

But can you tell me from ur experience that will Local VO compare NOC and duties again with stated NOC?

Thanks in advance.

Century - i think ankit is asking for Rejections by NDVO ( Any visa office really ) , The rejections in SS are done by CIC

Right. Then he needs to check last year's SS. This year none rejected after PER, i think.

For most of the cases reported rejection after PER is related to work experiences.

For sure bro..!

So u mean sometimes local VO will reject on the ground that NOC is not matching even though CIC gave it a PER. Or they check the authenticity of the work experience and if they are not convinced about the employer and etc. they will reject it.

when will the CIC guys add an application to its Count? after the DD or CC is changed or after they see that the application is complete?
if the application will be consider inside the cap only after DD is changed, then wont we be in disadvantage?

after your app passes all the completeness checks and everything...the cic then attempts to charge your payment. now if u r using CC, they will try it online, 3 times b4 refusing/rejecting ur app. if u have used DD, they will put in the bank in their account and then bank will clear DD for them.

now what happens is, like if u r applicant number 900, they will put ur app in que to get payment cleared and allot u a temporary number 900 (since b4 u they have put 899 apps for charging payments). now there can be ONLY 1 outcome for DD payments that it will definitely gona be paid in their accounts and hence u r in fact confirmed that u r under cap (see the peace of mind of using DD, unlike CC where there can be 2 outcomes whether it is paid or payment is rejected due to various CC S H I T issues!).

it doesn't matter that ur payment is cleared after 3 weeks or 3 months.....cos DD is like hard cash, none of the DDs have got rejected till yet, they are confirmed payments, so as soon as they get cleared, u r sent the golden PER email. now it doesn't matter that during this period if cap got filled, still u will receive the PER cos ur app was already put in que to clear the payment.

for CC users, its a bad luck actually......cos if god forbid their payment is denied, they are simply thrown out of the que, their temporary allotted number is revoked and new applicant comes in the que in their place. the issue for CC users is always uncertain and even using HSBC or StandardChartered or anyother worlds top Bank CC cant always guarantee their payments cos any issue can come at anytime and the applicant is doomed!

I hope u got how cic works in getting payments and putting DD guys in queues...DD guys can be late in receiving PER but they are not out of luck.

the working of CIC I explained is purely my assumptions and my understandings, this doesn't guarantee or assures that CIC works in exactly the same way.

Do you guys think completeness check would have been completed by this time as I have not got back my APP or still it is not opened.

Same for SGVO too.

You mean processing starts much earlier than 2nd line update , for SGVO?

One of the major rejection in interview is that officer is not satisfy with the explanation about work experiences matching substantially with NOC.
