Its NOT mandatory to notarize the copies (for Eng/ French doc's).. yet it is safe/ recommended to do that. 8)

According to the info at the cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp site it seems like we need to notarize all copies. I suggest its just safe to do so.

but dont u think before finding any issue, processing should be start??
people are getting MD (for example 16th june)....but processing of 1st june, 2nd june, etc...where are they??.....they not even shared that their processing is started or not??.....
kindly shed sum more light....

To me, when processing started at NDVO, it means they have opened the file.

For some other VO, they started processing and issue MR much before 2nd line.
